This Bachelor’s thesis deals with human resourcing management. Main goal of this thesis is to propose changes in the motivational system of the company, which supports development in this area. Theoretical part is devoted to the interpretation, which is the basis for creation of the analytical part and their own proposals to improve employee motivation and their subsequent effectiveness and satisfaction. The problems were identified through interviews with the company's management and a questionnaire survey. There were made several proposals in this area due to insufficient results.

V první části se nachází teorie k danému tématu, která je potřebná pro druhou, analytickou část této bakalářské práce. Analytická část zkoumá vnitřní a vnější prostředí této značky a její současný stav. Třetí, návrhová část obsahuje doporučení pro rozvoj značky a celkové shrnutí bakalářské práce.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of internal communication in the selected company, identify and assess ineffective elements of internal communication across the company, and then propose appropriate solutions that would lead to the improvement of internal communication. On the basis of theoretical starting points, interviews and questionnaires with selected employees of the company, measures leading to the improvement of information and motivation of employees are chosen.These measures have a positive effect on the working atmosphere and the work itself in the given company.

The thesis deals with the topic of internal communication in the chosen company Stupka s.r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basic concepts of communication and is supplemented by current approaches to communication, such as the layout of communication according to Generation Y and Z, or new chat platforms in electronic communication channels. The main goal of the thesis is to propose changes that will lead to an improvement of the current state of internal communication in the selected company and will be sustainable in its future development. The design measures are preceded by an analysis of the current state, which was carried out using a qualitative research method, specifically through direct interviews with company employees.

The master thesis deals with the term "talent management", specifically by defining the design of talent management in a selected company and its implementation, in order to stabilize employees with the potential for further successful development. The company ACD is a domestic company with a focus on the development and production of pharmaceuticals. This thesis aims to define the talent in the company ACD and analysing the requirements for the implementation of talent management. Based on the results of the analysis, specific recommendations for the implementation of talent management in the company ACD could be evaluated.

The theoretical part of the work aims to clarify concepts related to compensation and employee motivation. The analytical part consists of analysing the current motivational system, employee and management opinions on the existing compensation system, as well as an analysis of the competitive environment. The final section presents proposals for improving the motivational system – the first aiming to satisfy employee preferences, the second considering the company's capabilities, and the last one in line with current trends in the labour market

The last design part, based on the result from the analytical part of this thesis, is focused on author’s improvement suggestions of these processes.

The diploma thesis deals with internal communication in a selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical, in which the issues of communication, internal communication and manager communication are presented. The second part is the analytical part where the selected company is introduced and then the evaluation and results of the qualitative research are presented. The last part contains recommendations about internal communication based on the results of the semi-structured interviews. After the implementation of these recommendations, the internal communication in the company should improve.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the examination of the relationship between manager and subordinate. The theoretical part defines the literature search and key concepts. In the analytical part, the current state of affairs in the selected company is identified and evaluated through a questionnaire survey and the LMX method. Based on the analysis of the obtained information, suggestions and recommendations for improvement are presented in the last part of the thesis.
