Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

The building was designed according to needs and limits of this location, that it responds to. Its functional content, shape and orientation all respect surrounding conditions. The shape of the object reacts on changing terrain and oriantation to the cardinal. The design offers living areas, an equipment for residents and plenty of recreation space. The complex tries to preserve local natural environment how it is possible and it was designed according to principles of sustainable development.

The Regeneration of a Residential House in Ivančice - The Cladding of a Building

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is offering solution of a technological stage of regeneration a residential building in Ivančice. The thesis includes replacing balconies for loggia, flat roof with polystyrene insulation and insulation cladding contact system from the company Baumit using polystyrene and mineral wool.

SMS Enterprise Premises

The building for small and medium business is located on the outskirts of the city of Brno in Modřice. In close proximity there is a shopping center Olympia, Giga Sport and discount furniture. The building is designed as a compact mass, which is divided horizontally into two different sectors of manufacturing industry and administrative offices. The production hall is vertically extends through the first two floors and part of her administration is appropriate in the southern part of the building. In the northern part of the premises is located warehouses and production supply. The third floor is a separate space for administrative purposes with its own entrance from the eastern part. The building meets the standard for low power consumption and a flat roof can be used to store solar collectors for energy and hot water. Each location in the building is wheelchair solved. The facade is divided horizontally by three colors black, gray and white. Window are designed as french windows vertical contrast to the color of the facade. The building offers maximum versatility, functionality and potential jobs

IS/ICT sourcing strategies in healthcare facilities

The dissertation thesis focuses on information systems and communication technologies and ways they are provided (sourced) in healthcare. The aim of this dissertation thesis is to design and verify a model of IS/ICT sourcing strategy for healthcare as a factor leading to the improvement of patient care, taking into account different categories of healthcare facilities and other specifics resulting from the application in medicine. The introductory section of the thesis (Section A) defines the areas of health care and identifies their specifics. Moreover, categories of healthcare facilities are defined and therapeutic, nursing and IS/ICT processes are identified. Sourcing is defined for the needs of the designed sourcing strategy model and the current trends are analysed as well as the offered outsourcing services. In the next section of the thesis (Section B), requirements on the IS/ICT sourcing strategy model are defined. Theories of sourcing strategies are analysed including assessment of the current practices of healthcare facilities. Identification of specific factors affecting sourcing in healthcare is an essential part of this section. The most important section of the thesis is a design of the IS/ICT sourcing strategy model and its verification in practice at a real healthcare facility, which is described in the final part (Section C). The designed model employs two layers to cover the whole spectrum of healthcare facilities. The base layer defines the types of objects used in developing the sourcing strategy. The specific layer takes into consideration the differences between the various categories of healthcare facilities and provides the actual implementation. Successful implementation of the model including its two layers was achieved in an independent outpatient healthcare facility.

With increasing amount of data, standards for storing and security became more important theme. Potential losing of data may be irretrievable loss for a given subject and may cause disaster. From that reason, there is an aim of the work, to offer brief summary of nowadays possibilities of data securing and backuping in a company or at home conditions. Work is focused on data description and clasification, as a base security required object. Following parts of my work describe view of available technologies (Harware and Software) and generalized process of choosing suitable technology, applicable for particular system. Benefit of my work consists in systematic summary of present data backuping and archiving and in creating general method for choosing the right technologi for backup.

Eye-tracking methods and use of DIY (do it yourself) devices a open-source software

The main Target is to compare commercial device for eye tracking analysis with a device made by DIY (Do it yourself) in the chosen environment. The work includes basic analysis methods Eye tracking. It offers a list of devices suitable for comparison, or marginally list of alternatives. A significant part of the thesis deals with construction of DIY tracker. The comparison is made on the basis of experimental measurements of commercial device and DIY device. The result is that in the selected conditions we can DIY device used because it is comparable with the commercial product. One of the sub-chapters is devoted also to question of the application DIY. In the last part was used the DIY device to analyse on realistic object. Specifically outdoor - print ads of Zubr brewery with evaluation.

Reanimation of the Liteň castle in the context of legislative and economical aspects in the Czech republic

This bachelor thesis deals with reanimation of the Liteň castle. The first parts describe terms such as animation, reanimation of the historic landmark, its forms and possible sources of finances. It also covers the legislative steps that the owner of a historic landmark must follow. On the practical example of the Liteň castle it shows the history and current state of the building and offers possible forms of restoration and tries to restore life in this historic object.

Furthermore, determine the overall value of the cottage as well as accessories and compare this price with real estate agencies' offer and analyze the results obtained.

The work consider the definition of therm province and conception the province in the Czech Republic and its development at national and regional level. Characterizes the area where the object is located and the current status in this area. It also offers the SWOT analysis of the region and the possibility of using a specific object in the field of tourism.

Marketing Study of Tourist Destination Kutna Hora

The thesis is devoted to marketing study of the tourist destination Kutna Hora. It defines basic terms about destination marketing - marketing analysis, market segmentation, marketing strategy, marketing mix and implementation plan together with the control. A marketing study is concerned in the particular destination of Kutna Hora. After an introducing of a destination Kutna Hora is made an analysis of the destination background. The thesis is primarily focused on the Italian Court in Kutna Hora. Furthermore there is made an analysis of a visit rate of historical buildings in the city. The conclusion summarizes the major gaps and barriers to the development of the tourism with offering other possible solutions.
