Objekt byl navržen v souladu se všemi potřebami a limity území, na které reaguje. Jeho funkční náplň, tvar i orientace plně respektují okolní podmínky území. Tvar objektu reaguje na proměnlivý terén a orientaci ke světovým stranám. Návrh nabízí plochy čistého bydlení, vybavení pro obyvatelé a dostatek ploch pro rekreaci a volný čas. Soubor se snaží v co nejvyšší míře zachovat zdejší přírodní prostředí a byl navržen v souladu s principy udržitelného rozvoje. The building was designed according to needs and limits of this location, that it responds to. Its functional content, shape and orientation all respect surrounding conditions. The shape of the object reacts on changing terrain and oriantation to the cardinal. The design offers living areas, an equipment for residents and plenty of recreation space. The complex tries to preserve local natural environment how it is possible and it was designed according to principles of sustainable development.
