Táto bakalárska práca si kladie za cieľ oceniť rekreačnú chatu na území Slovenskej republiky, podľa platných slovenských pravidiel a použiť pri tom čo najlepšiu metódou pri ocenení majetku a pozemkov, ktoré sú s touto nehnuteľnosťou spojené. Ďalej určiť všeobecnú hodnotu oceňovanej chaty a taktiež príslušenstva a následne porovnať túto cenu s ponukou realitných kancelárií a analyzovať dosiahnuté výsledky. Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl ocenit rekreační chatu na území Slovenské republiky, dle platných slovenských pravidel a použít při tom co nejlepší metodu ocenění majetku a pozemku, které jsou s touto nemovitostí spojené. Dál určit všeobecnou hodnotu oceňované chaty a taktéž příslušenství a následně porovnat tuto cenu s nabídkou realitních kanceláři a analyzovat dosáhnuté výsledky. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the value of the cottage in the Slovak republic according to valid Slovak rules and for this purpose use the best possible method for the valuation of assets and lands associated with this property. Furthermore, determine the overall value of the cottage as well as accessories and compare this price with real estate agencies' offer and analyze the results obtained.
