Correspondence of Kutná Hora and Kolín from 1560s to White mountain

The final thesis investigates 801 traced inscriptions which originate in four city books of received correspondence of Kutná Hora and in ten city books of received correspondecne of Kolín. Further sources are 2 letteres from the years 1587 and 1588 from the State archive of the district of Kolín and 2 letteres from the years 1573 and 1587 from the State archive of the district of Kutná Hora. In the introduction, there is mentioned the summary of the literature which deals with city`s, noble`s and sovereign`s correspondence. The terms "city book of sent correspondence" and "city book of received correspondence" are explained and the characterization of used sources occurs as well. This work explains to us the environment of the town of Kutná Hora and Kolín in the Pre -White Mountain Period. The 4th chapter of this work deals with the term and the process of communication not only theoratically, but first of all practically on the example of Kutná Hora`s and Kolín`s city counsellors. The 5th chapter is focused on the content of official correspondence sent between Kutná Hora and Kolín. Through the citations we will learn more about the property matters of dwellers of both cities. The management of banking system liquidity during financial crisis

The goal of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the liquidity management of banking system by central banks with emphasis on the Federal Reserve System (Fed) and the European Central Bank (ECB). The first chapter deals with standard approach to the management of liquidity in the pre-crisis period. Two next chapters focuse on unconventional measures introduced by Fed and ECB in connection with the financial turmoil from 2007 to 2009, including causes that led to these measures. The conclusion is devoted to the comparison and the evaluation of the steps taken.

Thematic analysis of the preserved printing production of Jiří Nigrin (1571-1606)

Bakalářská práce pojednává o životě a díle významného pražského tiskaře druhé poloviny 16. století a začátku 17. století - Jiřího Nigrina. Zachycuje a tematicky rozebírá 35 let Nigrinovy tiskařské produkce (1571 - 1606) a další tři roky po jeho smrti, kdy tiskárnu spravovali dědici. Práce se skládá ze 4 hlavních kapitol, konečného zhodnocení a z části přílohové, rozdělené do tří úseků. V úvodní kapitole je zmíněn vznik a rozšíření knihtisku s historickým vhledem do doby, ve které tiskař žil se zaměřením na jeho řemeslo. V druhé kapitole je uveden stručný výčet několika dalších tiskařů pracujících ve stejné době. Samostatná kapitola je věnována osobě a profesní kariéře Jiřího Nigrina. V kapitole č. 4 je po jednotlivých letech uveden výčet a rozbor tisků. V přílohách jsou grafy s legendami, soupis dochované tiskařské produkce a ukázky několika tisků. [Autorský abstrakt].

Starbucks marketing strategy

This thesis focuses on the marketing strategy for Starbucks. The goal is to suggest marketing strategy improvements for Starbucks based on analyses done. The first chapter deals with marketing, the importance of marketing strategy, marketing mix put in the extended range and there are described the situation analysis and the process of market segmentation. The second chapter presents the company of Starbucks along with all analyses listed in the theoretical part. The third chapter covers the research among the customers of the brand. For the research there was used questionnaire investigation focused on the evaluation of the relationship of a typical customer to a Starbucks product and the brand.

Reflexive constructions in Spanish. Their function and use

Presented thesis deals with reflexive constructions as can be seen ain its title. Starting from explaining the principle of reflexivity, the thesis describes sentences and enunciations which are constructed with the morpheme se. The reflexive constructions which are one of the most important points are devided into three main groups according to the Prague Syntactic School. It is always analysed if there is any real reflexive contain in every type of construction. Ethic dative is another important point of this work. It is devided into two types because in some cases it forces the expressivity of the sentence as a complex and in another cases it affects rather the concrete verbal expression. Examples of use were clasified into different thematic sections. There were defined some possible rules in the use of pronominal form of mentioned verbs. As this thesis should primarilly consider how the use of the pronoun se changes different structures, the sections which were mentioned yet are naturally composed regarding this point. The theme of ethic dative belongs here to the group of cases which are not so significantly affected by the application of the reflexive morpheme. 55 Závěr Ve své diplomové práci jsem se pokusila alespoň v základech pojednat o některých vybraných problémech metodiky vyšetřování trestného činu vraždy. Mým cílem bylo zdokumentovat tuto problematiku, co se týče právní úpravy, teoretických koncepcí a následně i některých příkladů z praxe. Již v úvodu jsem zmínila, že vyšetřování vražd je jedním ze způsobů boje společnosti s patologickými kriminálními jevy. Jedná se o činnost nutnou, která musí být vykonávána v každé společnosti. Je zárukou její stability. Pouze stěží si lze představit fungování společenského systému, který by neměl vybudovány obranné mechanismy pro potlačování negativních společenských projevů jeho členů. Po stručném úvodním pojednání o fenoménu násilí ve společnosti jsem se zaměřila na právní úpravu trestných činů vraždy a vraždy novorozeného dítěte matkou, tak jak je stanovena právním řádem České republiky. Uvedené trestné činy jsem charakterizovala pomocí jejich základních znaků. Při zpracování této diplomové práce jsem čerpala z platné a účinné právní úpravy. Pouze jsem se velmi stručně zmínila o existenci nového trestního zákoníku, jenž nabude účinnosti 1. 1. 2010, kdy jsem pro srovnání uvedla některé základní odlišnosti od stávajícího TZ, které se týkají tématu mé diplomové práce. Electronic banking in Czech republic and its possibilities

The subject of the thesis: Electronic banking in Czech republic and its possibilities -- is to bring closer the electronic banking of the Czech republic and to sum up its actual status. In the first part of this thesis the conception of the electronic banking is defined, next its advantages and disadvantages in comparison with the classic office banking from both views -- client's and bank's, followed by its security and history. Each form of the electronic banking is defined and subscribed in the middle section. Last part of this thesis is aimed at the research of the czech banking market and to choose the best alternate of the electronic banking services for client -- non-entrepreneur. This research is based on multicriterial classification according to in advance defined standards.

"My soul resembles the sea". Motifs of nature in Alfonsina Storni's works

(in English): The diploma's thesis deals with the natural theme in the work of Argentine poet Alfonsina Storni. The first part briefly outlines her biography. Following theoretical chapter presents several literary movements of which the writer is considered to be part of: modernism, postmodernism and avant-garde. Among others the work refers to the distinctive position of the author in the Hispano-american poetry. The main part consists of the analyses of several poems of Alfonsina Storni, chosen from her work according to the selected topics. Primarily, the element of the sea, the earth and the sky are being analyzed, after that the elements of fauna and flora are interpreted. The analyses are oriented not only on the content and meaning of the poems but also on the formal part in which the shift of author's style is noticeable. The final part of the thesis briefly introduces other topics which are related with the author's writing. The whole work is based primarily on the author's works, followed by theoretical studies related to the era and also on two biographies and several interpretations of the particular works. Since there has not been yet published any translation of Alfonsina's Storni work, an attachment of this thesis consists of translations of several selected poems.

First part of this thesis content basic information about an audit, its history and present, relation between internal and external audit, an internal audit and its function, an Internal Auditor. Separate part is applied to risk management. Second part of this thesis characterize a company, the securities trader, present specifics of an internal audit and risk management in this company and briefly clarify a conception of a capital adequacy. Further describe execution of an internal audit and risk management, judge their benefits for the company and content suggestions for more efficient execution and usage of an internal audit and risk management.

Risk management in IS/ICT projects

Cílem této práce je uspořádat a obohatit teoretickou základnu řízení rizik v projektovém managementu, analyzovat a zhodnotit přístup k této problematice dle metodiky PMBOK a poskytnout základní praktický pohled na řízení rizik ve skutečných projektech z oblasti IS/ICT. Vlastní text je strukturován do sedmi kapitol, z nichž první poskytuje úvod a vymezení celé práce. Ve druhé kapitole je proveden úvod do oblasti řízení rizik v projektech a dále analyzován přístup a základní principy metodiky řízení projektu PMBOK. Ve třetí kapitole je uveden seznam projektových rizik, který byl vytvořen a popsán na základě průzkumu literatury, diskusí s odborníky a praktických zkušeností autora. Ve čtvrté kapitole, která obsahuje řadu nových teoretických pojmů, jsou poté popsány autorem identifikované různé způsoby řízení rizik projektu podle jeho základních charakteristik. Pátá kapitola se zaměřuje na posouzení metodiky PMBOK vzhledem ke všem zjištěným typům rizik a identifikovaným způsobům jejich řízení a pokouší se o její doplnění. V šesté kapitole jsou konečně využity všechny poznatky získané ve všech předchozích kapitolách a je provedena jejich aplikace na oblast IS/ICT, mimo jiné pomocí vzorového příkladu obsahujícího některé autorem navržené analytické nástroje. V sedmé kapitole je provedeno závěrečné zhodnocení.
