Zdeňka Michalová Psychologické aspekty individualizace přístupu k žákům se specifickými poruchami učení Individualization of Approach to Learnes with Specific Learning Disabilities and It's Psychological Aspects Annotation This thesis deals with theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of teachers in primary schools for specific learning disabilities. It focuses mainly on mapping the level of teachers' approach to integrated learners with this disorder. It is trying to grasp the extent to which teachers meet the psychological aspects of individual approach to these learners in inclusive environment of a primary school compared with integrated learners with other disabilities. The theoretical part summarises basic information on education, integration and education system in the Czech Republic. It deals with specific learning disabilities and attempts to apply the findings from positive psychology on individual approach to individuals with SLD. The empirical part analyses and compares the quantitative survey of knowledge level of teachers at lower and higher levels of primary schools about SLD. Education in Austrian aristocratic families from the beginning of 19th century to the 1st half of 20th century

The thesis deals with the education in austrian aristocratic families in the 19th century and in the 1st half of 20th century. The education and upbringing of children had been influented by plenty of factors. The most important factors, which influenced education, were the environment (home or boarding school), specialization of education, the selection of schools and universities and the language of education, too. Parents, nannys and private teachers also had some influence on the upbringing of the children. In the 19th century we can find some common characteristic in some of the noble families (The Schwarzenbergs, the Sternbergs, the Mensdorffs and some others). The 1st half of the 20th century is an essential period for the history of aristocracy. Political changes reflected in its lifestyle and partially in the upbringing and education of the children of the aristocrats. These changes are illustrated on the education of children in the family of prince Johann Schönburg-Hartenstein. "Educational institutions: business in turbulent times". Diploma thesis named "Educational institutions: business in turbulent times" is focused on actual problems concerning business of adult education institutions during the time of the turbulence. That time is being mentioned as the period during and after economic crisis, which is characterized by constant change, uncertainty and chaos. In diploma thesis there is described the impact of turbulence on the market of Czech Republic and implied paths for educational institutions to proceed in order to remain on new market environment. There are presented new concepts for management of educational institutions in terms of strategy, sales, financial and marketing. The theory is supported by taken over research regarding actual problems and trends. The main practical part of diploma thesis is econometric model, which implies the relation between investments to adult education and some macroeconomic indicators. The essential source of data for model calculation was the database of Czech statistical office. Bc. Tomáš Drábek Praha 2011 Annotation The author of this thesis concerns the issues of charitable profession workers working with disabled people, in area of sexuality and partnerships. The workers tend to have wide knowledge in many disciplines, but in sexuality, which is so natural and closely related to the quality of life, are not instructed. According to the author, it is necessary to develop social workers' attitude towards sexuality during their professional training, and implicate a different behaviour towards persons with disabilities and their sexuality. Education in area of sexuality as well as disability studies should not be based on theoretical knowledge, but need to be conceived as a process of forming views at fundamental issues in this area. Therefore the aim of this thesis should be to declassify the topic of sexuality and to accept it as a natural part of life for everyone, including individuals with disabilities.
Parent's Motives for Postponing Child's Compulsory School Attandance

In my Master Thesis, I am dealing with the issue of posponing child's school attendance with a special regard to the motives of parents leading to suspension. The Thesis is bothe theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part is mapping the theme of suspended school attendance and socio-pedagogical aspects related to the decision making process leading to suspension. The empirical part offers selected examples of parents' motivation apllying for postponing of their child's education. My research is based on interview and questionnaire. I used available Czech materials as a source of expert information and I draw from the experience of my empirical research in the last chapter.

This thesis I deal with the issue of specific learning disabilities among students at 1 primary school and mention possible solutions. Due to the research carried out by the probe in the practical part of the work focuses on the specific disorder, dysgraphia writing. The thesis contains not only theoretical knowledge that I had to study the issue but a practical part. The practical part of my research included a probe that focused on observations of two boys while working in educational and psychological counseling. The practical part, I would usefully complement the relevant case report.
Gypsy children in the first grade in primary scholl

Annotation: My master's thesis deals with the gypsy children in schools. The main goal of the thesis was to find out success rate of gypsy pupils in finishing elementary schools and special classes by the elementary school, and to find out how teachers work with gypsy children and what the experience of teachers in working with gypsy kids are. The next part of my research focuses on gypsy pupils in the fifth grade and how they see their future and their prospects. In the end of my research focused on educational counseling I investigated how the educational counselor and teacher can influence education of a gypsy pupil in the school. The whole thesis is divided into four chapters. First three chapters are focused on theory. The first chapter is focused on the history and culture of Gypsies, their origin, traditional family relations and customs, music, language and their relation to the major society. The second chapter describes the younger school age, its maturity, physical, emotional and language development. It also deals with the development of cognitive processes, socialization and failing in school. Thesis to Changes in attitudes in education and care in early child development is the analysis of current attitudes and opinions in the concept of motherhood in the generation of mothers and daughters. The theoretical part deals with the educational and developmental aspects of early stages of child development, reflects a shift from authoritarian educational orientation to the humanist conception of education. The empirical part presents results of research probes obtained by questionnaire survey, which was attended by 40 pairs of mothers and their daughters.
