Elements of communication for increasing customers' loyalty

The diploma thesis deals with elements of communication in order to increase customer loyalty. The aim of the thesis is to suggest changes in communication with customers and the use of elements of communication to increase customer loyalty to a selected store. The selected store is Jednota Kaplice cooperative. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the terms such as loyal customer, marketing communication as sales promotion, communication The second part of the diploma thesis is practical and includes a questionnaire survey. Data was collected through a questionnaire with 251 respondents. The respondents were disaggregated by age, gender, education, number of people in the household, and social-economic situation. The results of the survey showed, for example, that most of the customers buy groceries in stores three times a week. Most of the customers also participate in loyalty programs and use loyalty cards with benefits. If customers don't use a loyalty card, it is because the benefits are not interesting for them. The last part of the diploma thesis proposes recommendations for improvement. One of the proposals is to develop a mobile application for customers of Jednota Kaplice cooperative.

4 The content of duty to act with due managerial care Abstract This thesis looks at the various duties collectively called "due managerial care". None of the duties discussed in the thesis, which form the titles of the individual chapters, stands apart from the others. Their relationship to one another must be considered as a whole. In order for a person to perform due managerial care, there must be the cumulative fulfillment of all the duties discussed in the thesis, namely for each legal act that such a person is required to perform. The thesis is divided into five main parts. The first part offers a historical excursus, which illustrates the development of the institution of due managerial care. It then defines the range of people who are burdened with such a responsibility in the performance of their duties. It also outlines the procedural institution of the burden of proof and the related question of whether the duty of due managerial care is a legal-subjective or contractual-objective duty. The second part focuses on the duty of loyalty and describes the approach to understanding the interests of a business corporation. Factors influencing Employee Satisfaction in the selected Company

The thesis focuses on the factors influencing employee satisfaction in the company. The theoretical part presents basic theoretical concepts for understanding the issue. In the analytical part first the company itself is introduced and later the empirical research is evaluated. In the last part based on the results of the research suggestions for improving the motivation system in the company are given.

Assessment of the Incentive System in the Selected Company and Proposals for its Development

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the current state of motivation in a selected company. The literature search will explain the basic concepts associated with this issue. In the analytical part, the company will be introduced and data collection will take place through internal materials and structured interviews. Based on this information, the motivation system will be analyzed, employee satisfaction and loyalty will be examined, and proposals will be proposed to improve the existing motivation system, retain existing employees, increase their satisfaction and reduce turnover costs.
Identity of Carpathian Germans in the Era of Interwar Czechoslovakia

The bachelor thesis Identity of Carpathian Germans in the Era of Interwar Czechoslovakia addresses the identification issue of Carpathian Germans in Slovakia. Furthermore on the background of broader social, cultural and economical context, it attempts to express to what extent German population identified itself with the construct of the Carpathian-German identity, respectively with other identities, e.g. local identities. Apart from that, it focuses on the genesis of this term as such, as well as on alterations of its content. The thesis deals with inter alia the relations among other minorities and loyalty to the interwar Czechoslovakian state. Moreover, it examines, whether the collective identity of entire German population living in Slovakia was created or not. In connection to that, it outlines a question, which role the Germans coming from the Czech lands and other features played in the process of forming the Carpathian-German identity. Slovak Germans during the Second World War

The master thesis focuses on German population living in Slovakia during the Second World War. Moreover, it examines the way the status of Germans was changing after Slovak autonomy had been established and which role did Deutsche Partei led by Franz Karmasin play in this process. The political party attempted to form collective identity of Carpathian Germans and have control of the entire German social life. The thesis analyzes on political, economical and cultural level how the party suceeded in fulfilling this ambitious purpose or influencing Germans and getting sympathy. Futher, it deals with the wartime aftermaths, retributive justice and coming to terms with the past.
Customer Satisfaction

The thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction of the internet shop Nejbaby, s. r. o. The first part explains the theoretical concepts associated with the chosen theme. The second part is devoted to analyses of the external and internal surroundings of the selected enterprise and also includes a marketing research containing data collected via customised questionnaire. Based on the questionnaire assessment, proposals are presented in the last section, aiming to increased customer satisfaction.

The aim of the thesis is to identify the factors of quality that influence the visitor's loyalty and to discover the differences between satisfaction and loyalty in different segments of customers. Based on the outcomes of the questionnaire survey are made some recommendations for in-creasing the visitor's loyalty and satisfaction.
