The diploma thesis focuses on corporate social responsibility and its influence on decision of applicants for employment. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the concept of CSR, its definition and the concept of three pillars and the interweaving of human resource management and CSR. The practical part of the thesis consists of an analysis of the social responsibility of the selected company, and a research was carried out. The aim of the research was to find out if the corporate social responsibility in any way influences the decision making of job applicants when choosing a company. Furthermore, proposals were presented to improve CSR activities for the selected company.

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a business plan for the establishment of confectionery production in Židenice. The thesis presents the main goals and strategies related to the business model, marketing and finances. The market and competition are analysed, demand and supply on the market are evaluated, and the financial and overall feasibility of the project is evaluated.

In this thesis, the company Avipart, spol. s.r.o. is evaluated with the use of the Start model and other methods. The first section emphasizes objectives and methodology applied throughout the work. The following theoretical part discusses commonly used metrics and methods or models for evaluating the company's performance in general. Continuing analytical part focuses on the application of these models within the framework of the evaluation of Avipart, spol. s.r.o., in which great emphasis is placed on survey research. In the end, relevant suggestions for improvement are drawn.

Development of a Small Family Business

The bachelor thesis deals with the development of a small family business Vinařství Švásta a Kadlec, located in the village Rakvice in the South Moravian Region. The theoretical part presents the basic theory of the selected topic and a detailed description of the individual analyses that are carried out in the analytical part. On the basis of the selected analyses, the shortcomings of the examined winery are then identified. In the proposal part, the possibilities of investments that will help the winery to develop more are presented. The main investment is the creation of gift baskets using the products of Švásta and Kadlec winery and possible cooperation with neighbouring enterprises.

The diploma thesis deals with the establishment of a small company focused on the presentation of real estate using a drone, 3D scanning and video tours. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts for the establishment of a business are elaborated, the methods of enviromental analysis and the procedures for the creation of a business plan are characterized. In the practical part, first the current state of the sector is analyzed and then a detailed business plan is developed including a step-by-step schedule for its implementation.

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o tvorbě udržitelného podnikatelského plánu pro menší start-up, který vstupuje na trh v oblasti seznamování a vztahů. Firma nabízí koučink v oblasti seberozvoje, seznamování a vztahů. Hlavní zjištění této práce zahrnuje, že typický klient je mladý muž s velmi analytickou myslí. Tento klient si vyžaduje logické řešení, které bude vysvětleno v jednotlivých krocích. Také poukazuje na to, že tento podnikatelský model může být velice ziskový, pokud se podnikatel vyhne zbytečným chybám a zvládne rizika.

The diploma thesis is focused on establishing a business plan for a family bistro, which will be located in the town of Bojkovice. The theoretical part of the work defines general terms from the field of business and presents strategic analyses. The analytical part of the thesis identifies the current state of the market, conducts a SLEPTE analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and marketing research. The draft part of the thesis consists a business plan including a marketing plan, business model, an organizational plan, risk assessment and financial plan.
