This master’s thesis aims to compile a business plan for establishing a small company, specifically a distillery specializing in the production of traditional fruit spirits in the area of the city of Břeclav. The theoretical part of this thesis defines basic concepts in business, analyzes the external and internal environment, and develops a business plan for the newly emerging company. The analytical section includes SLEPTE analysis, Porter‘s Five Forces model, market analysis, and subsequent SWOT analysis, including a SWOT matrix. The practical part comprises the structure of the business plan, encompassing production planning, marketing planning, risk analysis, financial planning, and a schedule.

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na řízení předání moci v malém rodinném podniku Schmidt Reality. Nejdříve definuje a vysvětluje základní pojmy související s procesem předání moci a řízením rodinných podniků. Dále se podrobně zaměřuje na specifika a výzvy spojené s předáním vedení v malých rodinných podnicích, zejména v realitním sektoru. V práci jsou prováděny strategické analýzy zaměřené na optimální přístupy k předání moci, s cílem zajistit hladký přechod a udržet kontinuitu a stabilitu podniku v rámci realitního odvětví.

The diploma thesis focuses on the establishment of a small business, which will be a café in the village of Doudleby nad Orlicí. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic important concepts from the field of entrepreneurship, the establishment of the enterprise and methods of strategic analysis of the company's surroundings. In the analytical part of the thesis, strategic analyses of the external and internal environment are elaborated. The design part of the thesis contains a proposal of a business plan, which will be the basis for the establishment of a small business.

The diploma thesis deals with the development of the product portfolio of a non-profit organization in the field of music workshops organization in Moravia and Silesia. The development is aimed at expanding the market coverage and obtaining funds for the implementation of educational activities and dissemination of folk tradition, music across generations. The theoretical part presents a literature research in the field of strategic management of business development, analytical-research methods used here, as well as the specifics of non-profit organizations or ethnographic regions. The analysis applies the procedures and methods of the 7S framework, GAP analysis, 4C framework, Porter's five forces analysis to grasp internal and external influences. Surveys and interviews are conducted to identify potential demand and appropriate content, format of the workshops. Proposals include locations, the format of the workshops and an overall evaluation in the form of a cost budget or the benefits to the organization against the stated objectives.

The diploma thesis deals with the preparation of a business plan for the establishment of a small business focused on the production of soy candles. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to business and strategic analysis, which are used in the work. The analytical part is devoted to the preparation of a business plan, which includes the preparation of analyzes of the general, industry environment and internal environment with the aim of establishing the starting points for choosing a suitable strategy for a new business, as well as a production, marketing, organizational, financial and risk assessment plan. The work is concluded with a schedule for the implementation of the proposed plan.

In the analytical part, the current state of the company is evaluated and its shortcomings are revealed. In the design part, the individual proposals for the development of the winery are detailed.

The first part defines the main problem of elaboration, objectives, and methodology. In part two, the theoretical background of the topic is discussed and the concepts to develop a business plan are addressed. The third part deals with the analysis of the current situation around the future business as well as quantitative research. The fourth part uses insights from theory and results from the analysis and research to propose a viable business plan. The fifth section covers the timeline for the implementation of the business plan.

The analytical part of the thesis includes the evaluation of the outputs of the analysis of the microenvironment, macroenvironment, own resources and capabilities and marketing research using the SWOT matrix, on the basis of which the appropriate strategy for the new enterprise is determined. The design part of the thesis contains the actual design of the business plan, which is based on the theoretical knowledge, analyses and the chosen strategy.
