Manipulation Methods of Manufacturing Business Performance

The aim of this thesis is to discuss the topic of the manipulation methods of manufacturing business performance, describe examples in real life and outline ways to prevent such manipulations from occurring. In the theoretical part the thesis points out the main methods and techniques used to manipulate with the performance of a manufacturing business. Performance is understood as a figure based on the company's financial reports, for this reason the thesis is aimed primarily on financial statement fraud. The following practical part of the thesis is aimed at risk identification and mapping, continued by a simplified form of fraud examination on a real manufacturing business, which is concluded with a summary of audit findings. Based on the applied procedures financial misstatements with a material impact on the financial statements were identified and are described in this part of the thesis, followed up by a series of recommendations for the prevention of future recurrence. The thesis is concluded with a summarization of the research with suggestions on improving future fraud examinations based on the executed procedures.

Cloud Computing in dentistry

This bachelor thesis deals with the opportunities of Cloud Computing technologies and services in dentistry in the Czech Republic. It is especially focused on the use of the Software-as-a-Service distribution model in dental practice management system. Primarily, the information system, which uses a cloud model for distribution of a the dental practice management software, is defined. Then the functionality requirements for this software and general advantages and disadvantages of Cloud Computing in relation to dentistry are summarized. This part also describes the legislative and technical prerequisites for keeping electronic health records. These theoretical findings serve as a basis for the market analysis of Cloud Computing in the field of dentistry in the Czech Republic and abroad, also to carry out interviews with dentists and workers of selected dental surgeries or clinics. Based on these interviews the current condition of dentistry in the Czech Republic and the attitude of Czech surgeries to Cloud Computing is described. The last part of this work presents the options of moving to the cloud and proposes solutions of some Cloud Computing issues, which emerged from previous analyses.

Pastviny - změna užívání rekreačního objektu

The aim of this thesis is the design of the reconstruction of holiday cottage in Pastviny recreation area to create housing for two families with private entrance. The work includes mapping of the current state and design of new housing unit in the attic with alternatives. During design process there were respected owner's conditions, regulations and standards in force. There was conducted a survey of the object and took its photographs. There was calculated "U" heat transfer coefficient. You can find blueprints with technical description of the chosen variant in the attachment which could be used as a basis of house building.

Effect of increasing the numer of children in kindergarten classes on management of the school

The final bachelor work deals with the situation of headmistresses in nursery schools , who on founder's request to make pre-school education possible for the lar- gest number of children , fill up the classes with children up to their maximum permis- sible number according to the Law 561 / 2004 Sb. ( Education Law ) The work maps hitherto headmistresses' experience concerning school management , searches for management areas and warns about the highest risk and difficulties which are connected with a large number of children at school and classes. It is based on the knowledge included in available literature, my own practice and on headmistresses' experience at nursery schools in Prague 5. Using exploatory methods and headmistresses'experience, my own research examines the areas of management which show starker effects of the distinctive raising in the number of children and the maximum capacity in classes. It considers the possibility if there is an optimum solution to solve the problem of insufficiency of posts in nursery schools with enrolling the largest possible number of children .

It is a comprehensive characterization of the profession including history, descriptions school of social work in several national systems of education (for example USA, England, Finland, etc.), analysis of target groups and content of school social work, which is supplemented by examples from practice. The empirical part of the work aims to determine whether the elementary schools in Praque are interested in introduction of position of school social worker and reasons of introduction. Other aims are to map the situation in solving educational problems at Prague's elementary schools, the views of the respondents to content of the activity school social worker and his authorization and also to map out how many of Prague's elementary schools have already established. The respondents were directors of the elementary schools, educational consultants and experts in prevention. Position of science authorities in media agenda before the World War I. (research probe)

The aim of this work is at least partially to map the position of the scientific theme in magazines produced in the end of 19th century and by the beginning of 20th century with focus on technical progress reflection and partial presence of additional scientific themes. The theoretical part of this work summarizes the role of science in the Czech society from the end of 18th century and presents the main personalities, turning points and processes (mainly industrial revolution) that formed the media discourse by the end of the 19th century. The practical part is dedicated to analyzing of chosen magazines Čas, Naše doba, Česká revue, Český svět a Světozor (Illustrovaný svět) in various periods of time. Firstly, there is a connection concerned with the year 1886, the age of manuscript polemics and "our two questions". Subsequently, it is analyzed the position of science at the turn of the century that was considerably influenced with the general process of technique penetration through society praxis. The last period researched is the pre-war time between years 1912 - 1914, when technical inventions were highly used in the military sphere and were also responsible for a massive militarization.

Burnout syndrome of kindergarten teachers

RESUME This diploma is dedicated to stress and burnout syndrom. Objective of this diploma is to find out what is the rate of mental strain concerning burnout syndrom and to map occurence of burnout syndrom for kindergarten teachers. We were interested how burnout syndrom is impacted by professional experience, number of children, place of work, team satisfaction and level of personal satisfaction according to age of teacher. It is focused to teacher's career and to specific stress categories. I have used Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire which is standardized for measurement of burnout syndrom and questionnaire dedicated to find out sensitivity against stress. I have used own questionnaire to find out demographic figures. Final result indicates most of teachers are resistant against stress. Burnout syndrom across all three areas was indicated only for one respondent from total number of 100 asked teachers. For 8 teachers burnout syndrom was confirmed in two areas.

The Motivation Issue of Upper Primary Students

The aims of this thesis is to map all issues related to learning motivation (or lack of it) of upper primary students. It tries to analyze factors that reduce or complicate motivation at school and it focuses on the most common consequences of frustration in school environment - boredom and anxiety. It also deals with possibilities how to arouse cognitive, achievement and social needs which play the key role at school, and it attempts to answer questions about the ways a teacher can increase upper primary students' motivation for learning, taking into account the specifics of their ontogeny. Special attention connected with this issue is devoted to the influence of teacher-pupil interaction. The empirical part provides insights from practice, these insights are regarded as a complement of the theoretical part.

Evaluation of Nurses in the Most Town Hospital

The Master thesis deals with evaluation of staff, an inseparable part of the process of management of human resources. The thesis includes both theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part provides explanation of the importance of human resources for the relevant organisation elaborates on modern conception of management of human resources and identifies the process of management of work performance, which is an important part of management of human resources. The thesis focuses in greater detail on evaluation proper of the staff. After defining the term, significance is described of evaluation of staff for the relevant organisation. Conditions for effective evaluation are also referred to. The thesis then deals with evaluation itself of the staff; i.e. with manners and frequencies of evaluation, topics of evaluation, methods and the course of the evaluation process. References to the basic legislative framework associated with this area are inseparable parts of the thesis. The last chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the process of implementation of the new system, when the general change management is elaborated on as well as the peculiars of launching the evaluation system. The Process of Entrolling Children to the Pre-school education

The final bachelor work is particularly concerned with the process of enrolling children to the pre-school education and with finding out circumstances influencing this process. It considers the way of taking children into nursery schools complying with all legal regulations and emphasizing the Convention on the Rights of the Children, and it draws attention to the different wording of the law on the children's enrolments. It maps hitherto progress, disproportions between the number of applicants and capacitive possibilities of the nursery schools when formulation and use of criteria for enrolling children do not solve the problems with insufficiency of posts in nursery schools. The bachelor work is based on the knowledge included in available literature and legal regulations, my own practice and experience. It compares results of my own research and nation-wide data. It brings up a comprehensive methodical material which in compliance with law could help headmasters of nursery schools in decision-making on administrative action. Using exploratory methods, my own research is assessing if problems related with enrolling children and with capacity of nursery schools are regional or if they are occurring in the whole ČR, and how they are treated.
