Matoušová, Milada ; Šulová, Lenka (advisor) ; Horáková Hoskovcová, Simona (referee) ; Hříbková, Lenka (referee)
The disertation thesis focuses on the problem of premature delivery and the effect of a premature newborn on his parents' mental state and feelings. In particular, mothers of premature infants usually experience premature delivery in a very negative way. It is a difficult life situation, which increases demands on both parents, respectively on the whole family. The level of immaturity and medical condition of the premature child significantly affect and violate the natural contact and the early parent-child interaction, which in turn affects the development of their relationship. The consequences of the premature birth for parents and children may last very long, because the immaturity at birth carries a risk of health problems for the whole life. Medical care of premature newborns in the Czech Republic is at the high level and statistical indicators of this specialized care are at the top. In order to archive the best results, excelent medical care for premature infants must be completed by specialised psychological support and assistance given to the parents and whole families. Key words: risk pregnancy, premature delivery, prenatal development, limit of viability, premature newborn, early interaction, breastfeeding, child care

Bartáková, Vladislava ; Slaměník, Ivan (advisor) ; Muchová, Ludmila (referee) ; Tavel, Peter (referee)
INTRINSIC RELIGIOSITY PRACTICE Psychological aspects of intrinsic religiosity of Catholic women - mothers of small children. Key words: Intrinsic religiosity, Prayer, Spirituality of an Everyday Life, Motherhood, Catholic Faith, Identity, Narrative Analysis Secularisation of the current post-modern Europe represents a collapse of Christianity in the sense of an integrating power of the society; however, it does not mean extinction of Christianity as such. The largest European church has been responding to the changes in the post-modern society by moving the emphasis from Catholicism (institutionally - as a doctrine attitude of the church) to Catholicity (openness and universal attitude of the church). Despite this inner movement, the Roman Catholic Church is losing numbers of their members and frequently it does not satisfactorily address, among the competition in the 'religious market', agnostics or even the 'searching' ones. From another point of view, however, it is obvious that for many people it still remains a 'home' in which they develop their faith as an individual expression of existential needs. The symbolic universe of the traditional Catholic religion provides these people with factual as well as symbolic tools to develop spirituality. Significant changes in religiousness and...

LITENČICE CASTLE - A NEW CONCEPT OF RECOVERY OF LAND USE CASTLE GROUNDS
Petrová, Markéta ; Pospíšil, Zdeněk (referee) ; Boháč, Ivo (advisor)
Thesis suggests a recovery of Litenčice castle in the Zlín region. In the current state of the castle it's apparent that in the past fifty years it went through rough times during which it has been decaying or has been inappropriately and inconsiderably renovated. My concept of revitalization is based on a humble approach to the current state and the effort to restore the dignity of this sumptuous mansion. Great emphasis was also put on the eventual execution of the project which is why I changed some of the aspects in order to meet with the owner's vision. Due to high costs of repairs and insurance of continuity of revitalization I was seeking to make opportunities for economic returnability. My aim was to create a complex in which it is possible to spend the weekend with whole family. Renovating the stables makes for an attraction for children just as much as it gives the opportunity travel nearby surroundings by horses. Furthermore, it will be possible to participate in workshops as to reduce the costs of partial repairs notably. As the owner of the castle currently offers the sale of hunting tickets I decided to renovate the premises of the main castle to function as accommodation for these clients. In the event that the above-mentioned objectives were successful it is convenient to think about the consequences. Maintenance of a large object naturally caries the burden of high costs which can be partially eliminated by workshopping, which will be supported by an ecocentre which is placed nearby the stables.

Psychological aspects of the effectiveness of outdoor programmes
Švyhnosová, Alena ; Štětovská, Iva (referee) ; Gillernová, Ilona (advisor)
An increasing number of organizations are using outdoor based programmes for individual managers, management teams and work groups. Outdoor programmes are based on experiential learning and encourage change and help each participant more fully achieve self-knowledge and understanding of others. Outdoor programmes use activities that are stimulating problem-solving tasks designed to help group members develop their capacity to work effectively together. Many tasks are like children's games, others are comlex and designed for specific needs. The participants gain experience by working together in a non-traditional work environment, recognise their own limits, learn how each member thinks and works. An important part of these activities is participant's reflection and discussion about the activity, how they approached the situation, and possible points of learning. This discussion is supported by the facilitator who iniciates the discussion, sets the rules for it and guides the discussion so the participants learn from the experience they have just gained and can use it not only for the next acitivity. The facilitator provides structured opportunity to help participants learn more deeply. Although many organizations use these programmes, they are not usually interested in results these programmes have. Our...
