Human Protection in Emergencies as a Theme for Vocational School Students

ABSTRACT Human Protection in Emergency (HPE) is the subject of this theoretical research thesis. The theoretical part focuses on a set of human protection in emergency and military training in the broader historical context but also legislative context. Space is devoted to the unambiguous definition of related terms. Furthermore the course curriculum reform with emphasis on the level of secondary vocational education. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of the research that was conducted among the students of first and second years of nonscience oriented secondary vocational schools. Data for the research was obtained by questionnaire survey and analyzed the statistical method. The work also includes a draft concept for the implementation of the teaching of human protection in emergencies. The objective of this proposal is to ensure access to information concerning the HPE for students but also for teachers and that contribute to the formation of desirable patterns of behavior for participation in the incident. Qualifications according to the needs of the time

This bachelor thesis Qualifications according to the needs of the time deals with the lifelong learning, its main idea and the main signs of the society of knowledge. It deals with the kinds and division of lifelong learning. Further the strategic documents are pointed out, on which is the main conception of this thesis, based on. The second part describes the concept of lifelong learning in Czech Republic. Here the main goals of lifelong learning are described and the way of cooperation of the systems and organizations, which are involved in its realization. The last part of this bachelor thesis is directed on the interview analysis. Here is shortly characterized the methodology of quantum research followed by its evaluation. The interviews were made with the employers in security services, who have the biggest experiences with lifelong learning in Czech Republic.

Analysis of Czech and German secondary vocational education

The bachelor thesis "Analysis of Czech and German secondary vocational education" deals with the educational systems in both countries, focusing on secondary vocational education. In the first part of the paper, educational systems of both countries are presented in relation to the legislative framework as well as to the political debate on their possible changes. In the second part of the thesis, both systems of the secondary vocational education are thoroughly analyzed. The third part of the thesis consists of a case study that describes the collaboration between the company Gerresheimer Horšovský Týn and the Vocational School Domažlice. This cooperation leads to the adoption of some elements of German dual education system (Duale Ausbildung) into the Czech system of vocational education. At this point, the analysis is accompanied also by the examination of the reflection of this activity in the local newspaper called Domažlický deník. Based on the analysis of educational systems and vocational education in both countries, it is concluded that there are significant differences between the Czech and the German approach and that these differences cannot be overcome due to the current Czech legislation. In the Report of Czech School Inspection as a Source of Information about Breaking the Rules in the Examples of the Kindergartens

The thesis deals with comparison of the supply and demand in the area of vocational education of the beginning directors of nursery schools in relation to the uneasy period at the beginning of their accession to the position. The present time full of changes and opportunities favours those who are prepared and these may subsequently manage to find their bearings better and faster. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the specialized literature, law acts and further sources available. The practical part analyses the knowledge gathered by questionnaire survey, in which one type of the questionnaire was prepared for the directors of nursery schools who are less than two years in their position, and the second type was aimed at the educational institutions. The aim of the thesis is to find the up to date offer of the educational institutions in the area of vocational education of the beginning nursery school directors and to compare this offer with the demand for vocational education from the beginning directors. Didactic of vocationally education

The thesis is divided into two parts. The first deals with the theoretical view of the vocational education, its development and specifics. The next section describes the differences between education of adults and children. Then the work is focused on the personality of the lector and didactic process, its aims, methods, forms and tools. To conclude the theoretical part summarizes the principle of feedback. The second part is summarized of research where respondents are lectors themselves. From research we know how much are they competent to exercise the profession of lecturers from the point of view of teaching, respectively didactic. Analysis of educational needs of kindergarten employees in the field of children's meals

The work focuses on the issue of vocational education in the field of nutrition and nutritional needs of kindergarten children and aims to identify the educational needs of kindergarten employees in this area. Then the work compares the educational needs of teachers and school canteen staff. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and analytical. The theoretical one deals with the definition in terms of placing the issue in the context of lifelong learning, the specifics of adult education, competencies, vocational education and the introduction of the topic of education in kindergartens. At the same time, educational needs are defined and the related definition of the analysis of educational needs, theoretical approaches to the issue and the cycle of systematic education. The second part, analytical, deals with the evaluation of a questionnaire survey conducted among teachers and school canteen staff in kindergartens, which focuses on the analysis of educational needs of employees in the field of nutrition and nutritional needs of children and the differences between these groups. Dental hygienist as a teaching staff

Dental hygiene is a modern, fast-growing field, so it is very important to ensure proper teaching. As dental hygienists care and participate actively in patient health, they should receive the best possible instruction so that they can pass on and use their knowledge. High-quality teaching is a necessity, unfortunately sometimes the appropriate level of teaching is not ensured for various reasons. The bachelor thesis deals with these questions - what is the level of teaching? Where are the shortcomings? How do students, graduates and representatives of fields evaluate the teaching? In the practical part I use the questionnaires and interviews to identify shortcomings and problems in teaching, summarize the findings and then propose solutions to how the level of vocational training for dental hygienists could be improved, how to ensure a more qualified knowledge transfer. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the teaching of vocational subjects and practical teaching of dental hygiene, to find out the satisfaction of students and to propose changes in the teaching of vocational subjects and practical training.
