The goal of this bachelor´s study is connection of theme of employee motivation and employee benefits through the theoretical and practical parts. In theoretical part, I general summarize the knowledge, which were written in professional publications, where are explained the definitions of motivation, sources of motivation, theories of motivation. This part will be finished by summary of facts about reward system by benefits, I also explain the advanatages and disadvantages of benefits, which are essential to employee satisfaction. I will continue by practical part. At first I introduce selected company and afterwards I will analyze employee satisfaction in company Henkel s.r.o. by data from the questionnaires, fulfilled by employees of Henkel CZ. I will study if the employees are motivated right and also remunerated by packet fo benefits.
Motivation and satisfaction of employees in organization

The master thesis theme is motivation and satisfaction of employees in organization. Theoretical part focuses especially on motivation in relation to work motivation and performance. Its task is to define the theories and tools of motivation and factors that influence it. In the practical part there is summary and analysis of survey that has been done on the premises of specific company in Prague. This parts task is to find out whether employees are satisfied with the selected motivational factors and how are these factors important to them.

Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employees motivation in the non-profit organization. The aim is to identify the main factors that motivate its employees, identify the most important factors and how they are satisfied with these factors in this organization. The outcome of this work is to propose possible changes in the current system of motivation and evaluation so that they lead to better utilization of human potential and to the satisfaction of both employers and employees.

This bachelor's thesis "Motivation of employees in the legal sector in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom" is focused on describing how satisfaction of working conditions and job itslef influences the motivation and performance of individual workers, as well as describing the difference of motivation between two branch offices of choosen multinational legal corporation. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical basis of motivation and describes its most signifiant theories. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, where theorethical knowledge applied in practice can be found. The impact of different factors on satisfaction and motivation of workers is examined by empirical research. The results are processed into conclusion and followed by recommendations.
Employee motivation and employee benefits

The goal of this thesis is to get acquainted with the issue of employee motivation from a theoretical perspective, and then analyze the incentive system in a selected company - Sellier & Bellot. In conclusion, I would like to evaluate the lessons learned and propose some changes and recommendations for improving motivation in the analyzed company. The work is divided into four parts. The first three are rather theoretical. The first part deals with the explanation of the concept of motivation and characterizes its types and sources. The second part focuses on the motivation of negotiation at work, where the author presents the most important motivational theories dealing with the factors that encourage motivation and, on the contrary, the ones that distort motivation. The third chapter deals with the issue of employee benefits, especially their importance and classification. Then in the practical part, the knowledge acquired in the theoretical part is applied. The author tried to analyze the system of motivation in the selected company and conducted her own research through a questionnaire survey among employees of the company.

The goal of diploma thesis is to analyze the motivation program of company ROSS Holding a.s. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains concepts of motivation and stimulation, introduces basic theories of motivation and outlines the usage of stimulation in practice. The practical part deals with introduction of examined company, her current motivation program, analysis of satisfaction of employees with this program and with development of discovered preferences in time horizon of two years.

Practical part is focused on analysis of certain parts by using questionnaire and dialogs with chosen employees of the company. The conclusion of the thesis gives suggestions an reccomendations for improvement of present situation.

The theoretical part explains concepts of motivation and stimulation, chosen theories of motivation, basic principles of motivation and also the definition of the Civil Service and its specifics. The practical part is focused on obtained knowledge application and interpretation of survey results. The goal of this thesis is to find out how the Military Office of Social Security's employees are motivated and suggest solutions of motivation problems.
