V své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na motivaci zaměstnanců, jakožto důležitou součást personální činnosti. Soustředím se především na motivaci zaměstnanců ve státní sféře. V teoretické části se zabývám vysvětlením pojmů motivace a stimulace, vybranými motivačními teoriemi, základními principy motivace a také definicí státní správy a jejími specifiky. Na tento základ navazuje část praktická, kde se soustředím na aplikaci získaných teoretických poznatků a vyhodnocuji výsledky šetření na Vojenském úřadě sociálního zabezpečení. Cílem mé práce je zjistit, jak jsou pracovníci tohoto úřadu motivovaní, a navrhnout případná řešení nedostatků v oblasti motivace státních pracovníků. This bachelor thesis is concerned with employee motivation -- very important part of human resources management. It is primary focused on motivation of civil servants. The theoretical part explains concepts of motivation and stimulation, chosen theories of motivation, basic principles of motivation and also the definition of the Civil Service and its specifics. The practical part is focused on obtained knowledge application and interpretation of survey results. The goal of this thesis is to find out how the Military Office of Social Security's employees are motivated and suggest solutions of motivation problems.
