Cílem práce je seznámit se s problematikou motivace zaměstnanců z teoretického hlediska a následně analyzovat motivační systém ve vybrané společnosti Sellier & Bellot. V závěru práce bych chtěla zhodnotit získané poznatky a navrhnout určité změny a doporučení pro zlepšení motivace v analyzované společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První tři jsou spíše teoretické. V první části se zabývám vysvětlením pojmu motivace, charakterizuji zde její typy a zdroje. Druhá část je zaměřena na motivaci pracovního jednání, kde uvádím nejvýznamnější motivační teorie a zabývám se faktory, které motivaci v podniku podporují a které ji naopak narušují. Třetí kapitola je věnována zaměstnaneckým benefitům, zejména jejich významu a členění. V praktické části jsou následně aplikovány poznatky nabyté v teoretické části, kde jsem se pokusila analyzovat systém motivace ve vybrané společnosti. Byl proveden i vlastní výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci firmy. The goal of this thesis is to get acquainted with the issue of employee motivation from a theoretical perspective, and then analyze the incentive system in a selected company - Sellier & Bellot. In conclusion, I would like to evaluate the lessons learned and propose some changes and recommendations for improving motivation in the analyzed company. The work is divided into four parts. The first three are rather theoretical. The first part deals with the explanation of the concept of motivation and characterizes its types and sources. The second part focuses on the motivation of negotiation at work, where the author presents the most important motivational theories dealing with the factors that encourage motivation and, on the contrary, the ones that distort motivation. The third chapter deals with the issue of employee benefits, especially their importance and classification. Then in the practical part, the knowledge acquired in the theoretical part is applied. The author tried to analyze the system of motivation in the selected company and conducted her own research through a questionnaire survey among employees of the company.
