Educational skills and thein application in practice

In this bachelor thesis entitled "Educational Skills and Their Application in Practice" we are dealing with education of patient by nurse. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part describes the education in nursing, the characteristics of the participants in education, the role of nurse as educator, factors influencing education, communication in education, didactic principles of education, educational methods, educational goals, and educational process in nursing. The empirical part describes a questionnaire survey consisting of a questionnaire for nurses and a questionnaire for patients at the internal and surgical departments of the Motol University Hospital and Orlová Regional Hospital. The aim was the primary data collection and their subsequent analysis. Empirical part describes the methodology and organization of the survey, the characteristics of the survey sample and the analysis of the survey results. The survey results are graphically processed and the working hypothesis statistically processed. The results of the thesis confirm that education is consider to be important not only by nurses but also by patients who are aware of the importance of the educational process. Key Ideas of Franz Pöggeler's Andragogical Concept

This bachelor thesis deals with the key andragogical ideas of Franz Pöggeler. Pöggeler was an important German adult educator in the second half of the 20th century and he is considered to be one of the founders of andragogy as an independent scientific discipline. The thesis is primarily based on Pöggeler's major andragogical work, Erwachsenenbildung: Einführung in die Andragogik (Adult Education: Introduction to Andragogy), which was published in 1974. The aim of the thesis is to interpret and organise Pöggeler's key andragogical ideas and to provide an integrated view of his andragogical concept in the context of his era. The thesis also includes a critical assessment of Pöggeler's andragogical ideas. Multicultural education at a primary school

The topic of the thesis is mapping the issue of multicultural education at primary schools. The main aim is to penetrate the current structures, to assess the possibilities of the teacher's work in the school environment and to find other ways of multicultural education of pupils in relation to the findings. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the legal environment of the issue at the level of the Czech Republic and the anchoring of multicultural education in curricular documents. It describes possible ways of thinking and approaches in contemporary intercultural education as well. It also includes the possibilities and principles of the educational process from the teacher's personality, his own competences, setting goals and content, appropriate forms and methods of work to the pupils and other factors influencing the lesson of multicultural education. Program orgpad is used for sorting, sharing and "brightening" own ideas. Orgpad is the program, which was designed based on Herbart's psychology, respectively Herbart's knowledge of his own mind. This work is an introduction program pi-mind.js, which is the allocation of orgpad. The thesis discuss the status of the program pi-mind.js in the context of the current "brain mapping" and the program is put into the context of the educational process and its possible use in this field, in particular is examined through a questionnaire survey of its usefulness in writing thesis, respectively Ph.D. thesis at the Department of Applied Mathematics, Charles University.
Evaluation tools for assessment of school programme in educational process

The master thesis deals with the evaluation tools available for the assessment of the educational programme in the pedagogical process. The aim of this work is to determine the attitudes and practical experience in school management through the use of evaluation tools in practice and to recommend management schools in the selection of appropriate evaluation tools. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on the literature analysed in terms related to the evaluation of school assessment tools. The practical part contains the results of an investigation which was carried out by questionnaire in primary schools and kindergartens in the Czech Republic. The main aim of the practical part is to determine which evaluation tools for school self-assessment are used. From the information obtained, the results of the survey, experiences and attitudes of school management in the area of available school self-assessment evaluation tools, were analysed.
Employment of Persons Suffering from Mild Intellectual Disability in Kladno region

The aim of this thesis is to analyse employment of people suffering from mild intellectual disability. The thesis briefly describes those learning difficulties and selects a mild intellectual disability from a wide range of other mental disabilities. The text is based on the fact that people with learning difficulties are able to work, live in a family and become members of the society as well as to be independent citizens. However, there is a necessity to help those people not only with regard to their educational process, but also on the labour market, which is apparently highly competitive even for people without any special needs. The thesis is also focused on various possibilities of people suffering from learning difficulties in the terms of enabling them to get a job. In accordance with the regulation on mild intellectual disability people, the thesis suggests many of suitable positions within service industry. Owing to the fact that people with this type of disease are under protection of the law, and that there are some incentives for employers, nowadays it is much easier to find them a job. The Diploma Thesis Teacher's Creativity in the Educational process at Primary School for Students with Mild Intellectual Disabilities deals with the development of reading skills and competency of students through the reading workshop technique. The thesis is divided in two parts. The first theoretical part is focused on the definition of the basic terms, such as creativity, creative teaching, creative teacher, educational process, and so on. Furthermore, it focuses on the theoretical concepts of the reading workshop technique. In the practical part, which is taken as a case study, the author examines the practical use of reading workshop technique, through which she tries to improve the reading competency of students. The second part is focused on the reading workshop technique functionality in practice. Particularly, the author deals with the practical application of the reading workshop technique on students at Primary School for Students with Mild Intellectual Disabilities.

Bachelor thesis is focused on assessing the quality of patient education nurse anesthetist. Patient education is considered from the perspective of nurse anesthesia. The theoretical part of this work is devoted to general anesthesia characteristics, definitions and history of anesthesia. The following section deals with different types of anesthesia, complications of anesthesia and drugs used in anesthesia. Furthermore, the work focuses on the characteristics of the patient before, during and after anesthesia, and the specifics of the individual parts of anesthesia from the viewpoint of anesthesia nurses. The last chapter includes the very concept of education and the importance of good communication with the patient throughout the preparation of the patient for anesthesia. Meetings with seniors as an opportunity to teach younger pupils

Rigorous study Meeting up with the senior as an opportunity to teach pupils of younger school age is focused on intergenerational meetings of pupils and seniors in the time of a pandemic, when both of these generations were isolated from the rest of the population. Study contains 9 chapters in total. In the theoretical part in the first 8 chapters, it describes field of intergenerational learning, schooling age, andragogy, educational methods suitable with intergenerational learning, educational goals of children of younger age with the seniors, communication, media activities and their traps in the time of isolation and online schooling and the deprivation of children. In the empiric part, this study is solving the answers to four researchable questions in the qualitative research which was implemented in this case study. Researchable questions are: What kind of influence has intergenerational meetings at the development of children educational process? How is the communication between the participants of intergenerational meetings? How these meetings affect the participants? What is the attitude of institutions to intergenerational meetings?
