V bakalářské práci s názvem "Edukační dovednosti a jejich uplatňování v praxi" se zabýváme edukací pacienta sestrou. Práce je rozdělená na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část práce popisuje edukaci v ošetřovatelství, charakteristiku účastníků edukace, roli sestry - edukátorky, faktory ovlivňující edukaci, komunikaci v edukaci, didaktické zásady edukace, edukační metody, edukační cíle a edukační proces v ošetřovatelství. Empirická část popisuje dotazníkový průzkum, který se skládal z dotazníků pro sestry a dotazníku pro pacienty na interních a chirurgických odděleních Fakultní nemocnice v Motole a oblastní nemocnice v Orlové. Záměrem bylo provedení primárního sběru dat a jejich následná analýza. Empirická část práce popisuje metodiku a organizaci šetření, charakteristiku průzkumného vzorku a analýzu výsledků průzkumného šetření. Výsledky šetření jsou graficky zpracovány a pracovní hypotézy statisticky zpracovány. Výsledky práce potvrzují, že edukaci považují za důležitou nejen sestry ale také pacienti, kteří jsou si vědomi důležitosti edukačního procesu. Největší překážkou při edukaci je pro sestry nedostatek času. Pacienti by byli nejraději edukováni v soukromí. Bohužel dle odpovědí sester tyto místnosti na odděleních chybí. In this bachelor thesis entitled "Educational Skills and Their Application in Practice" we are dealing with education of patient by nurse. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part describes the education in nursing, the characteristics of the participants in education, the role of nurse as educator, factors influencing education, communication in education, didactic principles of education, educational methods, educational goals, and educational process in nursing. The empirical part describes a questionnaire survey consisting of a questionnaire for nurses and a questionnaire for patients at the internal and surgical departments of the Motol University Hospital and Orlová Regional Hospital. The aim was the primary data collection and their subsequent analysis. Empirical part describes the methodology and organization of the survey, the characteristics of the survey sample and the analysis of the survey results. The survey results are graphically processed and the working hypothesis statistically processed. The results of the thesis confirm that education is consider to be important not only by nurses but also by patients who are aware of the importance of the educational process.
