Rigorózní práce Setkávání se seniory jako příležitost k učení žáků mladšího školního věku je zaměřena na mezigenerační setkávání žáků a seniorů v době pandemie, během které byly obě tyto generace izolovány od ostatní populace. Práce obsahuje celkem devět kapitol. V teoretické části popisuje v osmi kapitolách oblasti mezigeneračního učení, školního věku a stáří, vzdělávání seniorů. Dále představuje výukové metody vhodné při mezigeneračním učení, výchovné a vzdělávací cíle žáků mladšího školního věku se seniory, komunikaci, mediální činnost a její nástrahy v době izolace a online výuky a psychickou deprivaci dětí. V empirické části práce odpovídá v kvalitativním výzkumu realizovaném případovou studií na celkem čtyři výzkumné otázky. Výzkumné otázky zní: Jaký vliv má mezigenerační setkání na rozvoj dítěte ve výchovně vzdělávacím procesu? Jak probíhá komunikace mezi zúčastněnými aktéry mezigeneračního setkání? Jak daná setkání ovlivňují zúčastněné aktéry? Jak se instituce k mezigeneračnímu setkání staví? Při formulování odpovědí na výzkumné otázky jsem dbala na ukotvení výzkumného zjištění v odborné literatuře a popsala jsem tyto poznatky v konkrétních situacích výzkumu. Zjistila jsem, že škola může ovlivnit výchovně vzdělávací proces dítěte prostředím a podmínkami, ve kterých vzdělávání probíhá, že... Rigorous study Meeting up with the senior as an opportunity to teach pupils of younger school age is focused on intergenerational meetings of pupils and seniors in the time of a pandemic, when both of these generations were isolated from the rest of the population. Study contains 9 chapters in total. In the theoretical part in the first 8 chapters, it describes field of intergenerational learning, schooling age, andragogy, educational methods suitable with intergenerational learning, educational goals of children of younger age with the seniors, communication, media activities and their traps in the time of isolation and online schooling and the deprivation of children. In the empiric part, this study is solving the answers to four researchable questions in the qualitative research which was implemented in this case study. Researchable questions are: What kind of influence has intergenerational meetings at the development of children educational process? How is the communication between the participants of intergenerational meetings? How these meetings affect the participants? What is the attitude of institutions to intergenerational meetings? When formulating the answers to these questions i took care about attaching researched discovery in the specialized literature and i described these findings...
