This bachelor thesis is focused on improving the company culture and increasing customers satisfaction in the Alterna and A2 clubs. There are a few things which customers would change. The aim of my work is to provide specific recommendation which will lead to solve these problems. This work consists of three parts. First part is theoretical. The following part is analytical evaluation of the company which includes questionnaire research. Final part includes suggestions of improving the company situation.

The practical benefits of the work are the improvement of the selection of new employees of the company Partners, a.s. and the improvement of the current state of relations in the workplace. Firm Culture as a Tool for Succesfull Acquiring of a Customer

This diploma thesis focuses in the theoretical part on the concept of corporate culture. It explains its tools and resources focused primarily outwards on existing and potential customers. The practical part contains results of a survey which was conducted at a selected bank. The result is feedback on the form of corporate culture as perceived by the clients themselves, compared with the ideas of the company management. Finally I verify the hypothesis and present a proposal of possible solutions which may help to resolve these shortcomings.

Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Selected Company

The bachelor thesis focuses on the change in the concept of the incentive program in the selected company, its analysis, and subsequent suggestions on how to improve the program. The main objective of this bachelor thesis will be to propose an appropriate change in the concept of the motivation program for employees in the selected company Designfoods, s.r.o., which will lead to better performance of employees and greater prosperity of the company. The first part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the theoretical background. The second part contains an analysis of the current state of the company. The research part included a questionnaire survey and an interview with the owner of the company. The questionnaire survey results and the owner's answers show that the employees are satisfied with the incentive program in the company, but still, there were some shortcomings. The last part of the paper focuses on six possible suggestions for improvement of this program.
Intercompany mentoring

The diploma thesis is dedicated to the intercompany mentoring issue, its thorough description and specific practical application in the company. The objectives are to define the intercompany mentoring as a new form of corporate learning, to analyze it in detail and to assess its benefits to the certain company. Its strengths / weaknesses and the possible opportunities and threats are found in the theoretical part via SWOT analysis. The assessment of intercompany mentoring is based on the interviews with mentors, mentees and last but not least with mentees' superiors. These semi-structured interviews are focused on finding of the strengths / weaknesses and the opportunities or threats. It means that the SWOT analysis is used also in the practical part of the thesis. The output of the thesis is the final resume and my personal improvement proposals. The results of the thesis can help those companies that are looking for new ways to develop their employees or which are hesitating to participate in the intercompany mentoring. Company Culture Aspects in View of Christian Ethics

The subject of the thesis "Aspects of corporate culture from the viewpoint of Christian ethics" is to analyze the phenomenon of corporate culture in the perspective of Christian ethics and the requirements of sustainable development as the basic prerequisite for sustainable development of life on Earth. An integral part of the research is to explore the terms under which employees are willing not only to meet the tasks set by their employers, but also provide their best abilities and skills for the good of their enterprise. "Learning organization", Christian ethics in the organization and the principles of sustainability are the three discourses which are involved. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the theoretical knowledge about corporate culture and its meaning, its specific type of "learning organization", Christian ethics and especially the Catholic morality applied in terms of business administration while respecting sustainability for quality of life and the environment. Comprehensive evaluation of whether and to what extent the ideal corporate culture of "learning organization" meets the Christian ethics requirements are stated in the conclusion of the thesis, where are also summarized suggestions and recommendations to eliminate some of the shortcomings of this type of corporate...
Corporate Culture of the Job Agency and Proposals for Its Improvement

The diploma thesis deals with the corporate culture of a selected job agency and its values. The theoretical part is based on the studied literature to explain the issue of agency employment, human resources and corporate culture as a factor that affects the efficiency and performance of the organization. The practical part analyzes the responses of the company's core employees from conducted semi-structured interviews. This feedback about the corporate culture and its perception by the employees themselves compared to management's expectations provides suggestions for improving the in-house climate and thus increasing labor productivity.
