Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou současného motivačního systému společnosti HALLEXO CZ s. r. o. Dále obsahuje doporučení pro zlepšení motivačního systému společnosti, tak aby pomohl ke zvýšení efektivnosti, ke zlepšení firemní kultury a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Obsahuje doporučení na zlepšení mezilidských vztahů uvnitř společnosti, aby zaměstnanci pracovali co nejlépe ve prospěch společnosti, a tak se mohla společnost v dalších letech rozvíjet. The bachelor´s thesis deals with analysis of contemporary motivation system in the HALLEXO CZ s. r. o. company. It contains recommendations for improving the company´s motivational, so it will help to increase effectiveness, to improve company culture and employee satisfaction. It also contains recommendations for improving interpersonal relationships within the company, so that staff work best for company and the company could develop in future years.
