Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu firemní kultury společnosti a následně návrhy na zlepšení. Byla provedena analýza formou dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky provedeného průzkumu jsou základem pro navržená opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení firemní kultury a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. The bachelor´s thesis deals with analysis of a current condition of company culture and conseqvently suggestions, how to improve them. An analysis based on questionnaires was made. Results of this survey are basis for nominated remedies which will lead to more effective company culture and employee satisfaction.
