The bachelor thesis is focused on the marketing communication of the company Wellness Atrium in order to support the area of sales promotion and advertising. The theoretical part deals with marketing, marketing communication and more detailed description of sales promotion and advertising. The practical part deals with the introduction of the company and also analyzes the current marketing situation. Subsequently, the proposed part is based on the analysis, which contains recommended suggestions for improving marketing communication in the field of sales promotion and advertising.

This bachelor's thesis will deal with development of business activities of the Prague company Ctibůrek výtahy s. r. o., namely the establishment of a new branch in Brno. The first part will define theoretical concepts. In the following part, the internal and external environment of the company will be analyzed. The information obtained in the analytical part will be used to create a business development plan and calculate the approximate cost. Finally, an economic evaluation will be performed, which will show if the expansion of the branch to Brno is economically beneficial.

The bachelor thesis analyzes consumer behavior in a particular sphere. The theoretical part deals mainly with the influencing factors consumer behavior. This part also discusses about the purchasing decisions that may be influenced by the communication mix. The practical part contains an analysis of the point of sale and a description of marketing activities of the selected company. Based on the performed analysis, are made proposals for changes in specific areas of the communication mix. These changes should ensure a better perception of the issue throught whole society.

Based on the obtained results, changes are suggested to adjust the online communication mix.

The main goal of my work is based on the analysis to propose appropriate changes / additions to marketing communication tools of a particular company, focusing mainly on sales promotion tools and advertising. The implementation of the proposals should then increase the awareness of the company, gain new customers or increase the satisfaction (and thus re-visit) of existing customers. I also want to focus on the start-up and subsequent operation of the company in connection with the pandemic situation and the resulting crisis. The first theoretical part is focused on defining individual economic concepts, methods and tools of communication. The second practical part is mainly based on the method of analysis of the current state of the company and the competition. In this part, I also focus mainly on the communication tools used by the salon, on the target group of customers, and the overall evaluation.
Customer Behavior in the Art Market

The thesis deals with the motivation of subjects of demand to purchase works of art. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical starting points of consumer behaviour as well as the environment of the art market. The second half of the thesis deals with the analysis of the results from the questionnaire survey, through which I define individual customer segments. At the end of the thesis, I make recommendations based on the results from the analysis. The aim of the bachelor s thesis „Consumer behaviour in the field of art“ is to characterize customers/consumers in the art market and recommend how best to communicate with them and reach them, based on the analysis of demand to purchase works of art.

The bachelor thesis deals with the development of business activities of the company KAPAMAT AG - ambiente design, Ltd. in the form of an increase of sales activity by introducing new e-commerce. The thesis is created on the basis of theoretical background, where are business or marketing activities presented in more details, but also the specific analyzes of the company, which are subsequently processed in the practical part of this thesis. Based on the results of the individual analyzes, incorporated into the overall SWOT analysis, a specific way of developing the business activities of the mentioned company, is further proposed.
