The bachelor´s thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction and suggestions for improvement of its level at company STUDENT AGENCY TRAVEL k.s. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on explaining the basic theoretical concepts that are used in the practical part. A questionnaire survey is used to determine customer satisfaction. From the obtained data, recommendations are then proposed which should lead to an increase in the level of customer satisfaction with the company’s services.

The level of the satisfaction will be measured here by a questionnaire survey. Then the proposals of appropriate measures based on the information obtained will be compiled. Local Konzum establishment in Žamberk was chosen for the purposes of this thesis. Entries for the analysis are obtained via an online survey. The survey itself focuses on current customer satisfaction and awareness. Appropriate measures for the improvement of these crucial aspects are then designed based on the acquired results.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of marketing tools of Burger Festival, LLC and proposals to increase their effectiveness. The aim is to analyze these tools and then use current marketing trends that can be realistically applied to the company and thus increase their effectiveness, which leads to a higher number of customers. The analysis and evaluation of the current effectiveness of marketing tools and subsequent proposals to increase efficiency were based on a questionnaire survey. In the end, the individual steps are formulated that will lead to a successful increase in the effectiveness of these tools.

The main focus of the Hotel “Pod Zamkem” Diploma Thesis is to project and propose the best marketing strategy and use the most efficient and appropriate promotion method.The Diploma Thesis consist of two parts. The first section is dedicated to clarifying specific marketing terms such as Marketing Mix, Online Marketing Analysis SWOT, STEP Analysis, Porter’s Five Forces Model etc. The second part of the Diploma Thesis deals with more specific practical issues directly applying the theoretical analysis outlined in the first section. Furthermore the hotel quests have been asked to complete questionnaire in order to ascertain their view on future hotel development in order to utilise and enhance customer service in wellness and fitness.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of a selected company Notino, s.r.o. which is a retail company selling perfumes and cosmetics in Europe. The analytical part analyzes in detail the company, its competitors and loyalty programs of competitors. Based on the theoretical and analytical part, a loyalty program is developed for the company with a comparison of costs and benefits of the program for the company. Also, the risks associated with the introduction of a loyalty program and suggestions on how to reduce their impact are summarized.
