This thesis focuses on the analysis of actual communication mix state of Prograin Zia, s.r.o., competitor analysis, customer market research and consequently on proposals for adjusting, better said improving the communication mix. The theoretical part deals with marketing, communication mix, marketing communication and business environment analysis. The practical part is about the design of an improved communication mix and its application. Prograin ZIA, s.r.o. deals with trading activities specialized in the trade of soya, lupine and agricultural products.

Based on theoretical knowledge, an analysis of the current state, the state of competition, as well as the micro and macro environment, based on the design part, which deals mainly with PPC advertising and marketing on social networks, aimed at improving the gym's marketing communication.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction and suggestions for improvement of its level at company STUDENT AGENCY TRAVEL k.s. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on explaining the basic theoretical concepts that are used in the practical part. A questionnaire survey is used to determine customer satisfaction. From the obtained data, recommendations are then proposed which should lead to an increase in the level of customer satisfaction with the company’s services.

The level of the satisfaction will be measured here by a questionnaire survey. Then the proposals of appropriate measures based on the information obtained will be compiled. These measures should lead to customer satisfaction increase.

This bachelor thesis focuses on customer satisfaction analysis and customer regional food and services awareness that are offered by Konzum co-operative society. Local Konzum establishment in Žamberk was chosen for the purposes of this thesis. Entries for the analysis are obtained via an online survey. The survey itself focuses on current customer satisfaction and awareness. Appropriate measures for the improvement of these crucial aspects are then designed based on the acquired results.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of marketing tools of Burger Festival, LLC and proposals to increase their effectiveness. The aim is to analyze these tools and then use current marketing trends that can be realistically applied to the company and thus increase their effectiveness, which leads to a higher number of customers. The analysis and evaluation of the current effectiveness of marketing tools and subsequent proposals to increase efficiency were based on a questionnaire survey. In the end, the individual steps are formulated that will lead to a successful increase in the effectiveness of these tools.

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with an analysis of customer satisfaction of zero-waste shop NEBALENKA. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the basic concepts related with marketing research. In the practical part is realized analysis of the company and obtained information from questionnaire survey is evaluated in detail. Based on the results of this research are recommended appropriate measures and strategies leading to increase a customer satisfaction.
