Coaching and it's impact on performace of sales representants

Diploma thesis is devoted to an analysis of psychological coaching as a method promoting the use of human resources and human potential to the performance improvement and employee development. The theoretical part provides a definition of coaching. It deals with the principles and techniques of coaching, perception of reality, finding solutions and by setting and achieving goals. It discusses human potential as a layout of assumptions to human performance and its exploitation. It describes ways to improve the performance and life satisfaction through coaching. The work also presents an overview of psychological approaches in coaching. The second part consists of a quantitative research, in which they analyzed the results of sales representatives, who took coaching sessions, before and after coaching. Based on the results of the research part of the thesis, there is a statistically significant difference (p< .001) between the performance of sales consultants before coaching and in three other measurements after coaching. Enterprise Management in Industry 4.0 and Human Resource Development

Based on the research, the aim of the dissertation is to identify the key competencies in the conditions of Industry 4.0 and to propose tools for human resources development in order to evaluate their implementation in terms of ensuring the required development of employees. In the quantitative part, based on a questionnaire survey, the statistical research revealed in the number of ANOVA tests and after adjusting their p-values by Bonferroni correction, the competencies of leadership and lifelong learning as statistically significant key competencies of professionals for Industry 4.0. This statistical result is supported by the case studies included in the qualitative part of the dissertation. The case studies capture the professional development of five managers who hold Industry 4.0 core competencies. From the qualitative research in the form of coaching interviews, the thesis shows the professional development of the experts by an average of two levels for each competency separately on the ten-point scale based on the primary questionnaire survey based on the experts' self-evaluation. The coaching method was confirmed in the case studies as the most effective method of competence development for Industry 4.0 compared to leadership and mentoring. The use of 360-degree feedback confirms the results reached by the author in the case studies. The methods for developing human resources in key positions in Industry 4.0 conditions have been effectively captured and the objectives have been met.
Use of instructional materials by volleyball coaches of category U14

Title: Use of instructional materials by volleyball coaches of category U14 Objectives: The main objective of this study was to find out whether U14 volleyball coaches use instructional materials, what instructional materials they use, which instructional materials they prefer and where they get these materials from. What is their view of the instructional materials prepared by the Czech Volleyball Federation and what instructional materials they lack. Methods: We used a survey method where we collected data in the form of an online questionnaire. The questionnaire was sent via e-mail to 190 contact persons of the U14 category, which were listed on the website of the Czech Volleyball Federation. In the e-mail it was clearly stated that it was intended for U14 coaches only. The online questionnaire contained 24 questions and was completed by 105 coaches. Results: YouTube was the most preferred platform for obtaining information. 51 % of coaches prefer to learn through a combination of written text and video and 43 % prefer video only. Only 25 % of coaches can quickly and easily find the instructional materials they are looking for. Only 30 % of coaches are familiar with the education section of the CVF website. The thesis deals with the topic "Training and development of teaching staff in the organization of merged kindergartens". The aim of the thesis is to identify and analyze the educational needs of teaching staff in kindergartens in the context of their further education and to propose a concept of further education of teaching staff of the organization. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts and describes the system education, forms and methods of educational development of the staff of the selected organization. The thesis describes the importance of lifelong learning in the framework of continuing education of teaching staff, then the concept of who is a teaching staff, what is education and learning, human resources and their management. The thesis introduces formal, non- formal and informal adult education. It describes, among other things, the legislative framework for continuing education of teaching staff. Study coach as part of the school counseling office

The thesis deals with the use of coaching methods in education, specifically the position of the student coach and the possibilities of his/her work within the school counselling office. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the activities of the individual members of the school counselling office and the anchoring of these positions in the legislation along with the required qualifications and education. It also mentions coaching, its possible definitions and related concepts, and outlines the position of coaching in education in the Czech Republic and abroad. The practical part focuses on the actual research, which took place at a private language highschool in Prague for one school year. It first presents the characteristics of the school, which is complemented by a quantitative analysis and provides an overview of the composition of the school counselling department at this particular school, the representation of pupils in each year group and other features. Coaching as a profession: bases for professional ethics of coaching and reflection on selected topics

This diploma thesis presents coaching as an independent profession. It shows that it is not just a method of training, counseling or employee management, which would then follow the ethics of the fields in which it is applied, but that coaching is a profession that has its own methodology, research and practice, during which atise a specific ethical issues, and this diploma thesis will focus on selected ones. The first part deals with the issue of the concept of coaching. Based on the definition of coaching and its historical development, it tries to distinguish coaching from psychotherapy, mentoring, counseling and also from sports coaching. It examines the etymology of the word coach, whether there is any more suitable Czech equivalent of this profession designation, which is closely connected primarily with the sports environment. It tries to define the professional base of coaching, to find its position among the helping professions, to show its independence and thus to obtain starting points for future ethical reflections. Firma nabízí koučink v oblasti seberozvoje, seznamování a vztahů. Hlavní zjištění této práce zahrnuje, že typický klient je mladý muž s velmi analytickou myslí. Tento klient si vyžaduje logické řešení, které bude vysvětleno v jednotlivých krocích. Také poukazuje na to, že tento podnikatelský model může být velice ziskový, pokud se podnikatel vyhne zbytečným chybám a zvládne rizika.
