Business model of a small business directed by Markéta Lukáčová with an accent on a marketing plan

The main goal of this thesis was to describe the main fields of the business model and create a marketing plan for the small enterprise managed by Mrs. Lukáčová. The thesis firstly describes the theoretical framework of small enterprises in the Czech Republic and in the European Union. It briefly describes the form of the business model and the marketing plan, which will be used in the proposal parts of this thesis. Then a characterization of the business, offered products and services takes place. In the methodological parts thanks to two qualitative methods the perceptions of new and loyal customers are tested in connection with the business of Mrs. Lukáčová. Beforehand the situational analysis take place, namely the threat and opportunity matrix, SWOT analysis and PESTLE analysis. The description of marketing communication of the enterprise of Mrs. Lukáčová and competition is performed right after. In the proposal part of the business model the main necessities are written down in the template of Business Model Canvas. It mainly takes into account the actual situation of the business and then serves as a material that could help the implementation of new realities. The bachelor thesis "Marketing plan for a new company Room Therapy with a focus on interior design" proposes changes to the current marketing plan. The marketing plan will serve as a basis for the future direction of the company. The thesis presents the basic principles of creating a marketing plan and its key elements. In addition, the results from the in-depth interview, the Scoring Model and the subsequent SWOT analysis were used to define the marketing plan proposal. The result of the thesis is a detailed action plan, including a proposed budget, which can help the company to achieve the set goals and thus solve the current problem areas of the company. The main outcome of the thesis is to suggest changes and strengthen the functional tools of the firm's marketing plan that can help the firm grow and achieve higher profits in the long run.

This master’s thesis aims to compile a business plan for establishing a small company, specifically a distillery specializing in the production of traditional fruit spirits in the area of the city of Břeclav. The theoretical part of this thesis defines basic concepts in business, analyzes the external and internal environment, and develops a business plan for the newly emerging company. The analytical section includes SLEPTE analysis, Porter‘s Five Forces model, market analysis, and subsequent SWOT analysis, including a SWOT matrix. The practical part comprises the structure of the business plan, encompassing production planning, marketing planning, risk analysis, financial planning, and a schedule.

The diploma's thesis focuses on the marketing communication of a specific company newly entering the market. The primary goal of the thesis is to create a marketing plan, which is developed based on all collected data. The selected enterprise specializes in financial consulting. Through a survey, customers' opinions on marketing communication in the service sector were collected. The interview with the business owner provided insights into the current and ideal state of marketing communication. Market data were analysed, yielding essential information. On the basis of this supporting data, a marketing communication plan for the Selected Company for the year 2025 was subsequently drawn up. The profitability of this plan was verified by calculation.

The goal of the analytical part is finding the current state of the marketing mix in the Company. Based on the results of analytical part the proposals are formulated. They should improve the current state of the Company and help it to solve the issues it is currently dealing with.
