The focus of the diploma thesis lies in optimizing the marketing mix of the company Nobilis Tilia. The thesis is structured into three main parts. The first part thoroughly examines theoretical foundations in the field of marketing, contributing to a deeper understanding of the given issue. The subsequent section addresses the analysis of the current state of the company within the context of its marketing mix. The final third part of the thesis presents specific proposals for its enhancement, derived from conducted analyses and also from the results of marketing research.

Theoretical part explains basic conceps and tools of marketing. In the analytical part are described analysis performed on the company and the current situation of marketing mix. Based on the results of previous parts the final part contains proposal for improving the marketing mix.

This thesis focuses on proposals for strategic brand development activities of a Brnobased startup operating in the global market of elemental analysis. The thesis will present theoretical background focusing on the areas of brand, business model, market, competitors and customers. The analytical part examines the current market situation, the competitors' approach to brand development and the existing brand of the startup itself. The proposal part of this thesis creates a possible model for brand development along with suggestions for implementation and increased awareness.

Proposal of the company's marketing communication strategy

Abstract The diploma thesis deals with the design of the marketing communication strategy of Hitpoint s.r.o. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical background, which will be used in the analytical and design part. The company Hitpoint s.r.o. itself is described in the analytical part. Social network research and PEST, SWOT and Porter's 5 forces analysis were also developed. Based on the results of the analyses, a proposal for the introduction of an e-shop was presented in the design part, within which the product mix, pricing strategy and other marketing tools were selected. A PERT time analysis was also developed. From the developed research, the company's recommendations were also determined as part of shared content on social networks.

Its first, theoretical part is focused on the description of basic terms and concepts on which the thesis is based. The second, analytical part, is devoted to the introduction of the company, description of its current activities, a series of analyses and marketing research, which are the basis for the third part, in which the individual tools of the communication mix are proposed.

This diploma thesis focuses on the creation of a marketing communication proposal for the new platform of SKLADOMAT s.r.o., which specializes in the sale and rental of storage space. The work consists of three parts. The theoretical part contains literary research related to marketing communication and the methods used in this area. The analytical part is devoted to the analysis of the current state, including the analysis of the macro environment, marketing mix, competition and segmentation, as well as its own research. In the last, design part, proposals are presented to improve the company's current marketing communication and serve as an example for future employees and external suppliers. This section also includes a timeline, financial evaluation of proposals and recommendations for measuring the performance of individual proposals.

This diploma thesis focuses on designing an international marketing strategy for an e-commerce company that plans to enter the markets of the United States of America, Great Britain and Germany. The work analyzes the current marketing mix and the external environment of the selected company and, based on the information obtained, proposes marketing proposals for promotion and sales in the mentioned markets. The main goal is to create an effective marketing strategy that will enable successful entry into foreign markets for new business. In the final part, our own solutions are presented, which include the company's vision and mission, marketing mix design for individual markets, recommendations for social networks and financial costs for marketing activities. Critical success factors are also identified for achieving successful entry into foreign markets.

This bachelor thesis focuses on sales promotion and advertising of a specific retail unit, namely the food store "Potraviny na radnici" in Újezd u Brna. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical knowledge in the field of marketing, more specifically marketing mix, marketing communication mix, marketing environment, sales promotion and advertising. The analytical part is devoted to a look at the current state of the selected retail unit, which the author of the thesis and its surroundings analyses in detail, as it has personal experience as a former customer and current salesperson. The aim of the thesis is to identify opportunities to improve the sales and marketing strategy of this particular store and to propose appropriate solutions. The output of the bachelor thesis are relevant recommendations to achieve the stated goal.

The bachelor thesis deals with proposals for improving the marketing mix of the construction company UNA – Rodinné domy s.r.o. In the entire bachelor's thesis, I proceeded according to the theoretical basis of the work, which can be found in the theoretical part. Subsequently, I performed an analysis of the marketing mix and marketing environment of the construction company UNA- Rodinné domy s.r.o. Based on the results of the analysis of the current situation, I submitted proposals for improving the marketing mix.
