Na základě navrhované struktury studie proveditelnosti dle Jiřího Fotra a Ivana Součka je studie proveditelnosti provedena. Práce obsahuje analýzu současné situace na trhu akreditovaných laboratoří, popis potřebných zdrojů, finanční analýzu a posouzení a identifikuje rizika spojená s realizací projektu transformace současné laboratoře.

The second part discusses the analysis of the current marketing setup in the selected company and the impact of internal and external factors. The final part of the thesis outlines the proposals for the company's marketing strategy.

The master´s thesis is focused on the analysis of the current situation of the manufacturing company PLAST-EX spol. s.r.o. operating in the field of shading technology, and on the proposals for improving the marketing communication strategy of the mentioned company. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical background in the field of marketing communication strategy, which should serve for a better understanding of the issue. The second part of the thesis characterizes the analyzed company, analyzes its current state including communication mix, macro environment, competitors, and in addition includes an own marketing research. The final part of the thesis presents proposals based on analyses and research results, which should improve the current marketing communication strategy of the company.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of the marketing strategy of a selected company. The first part deals with the objectives, methodologies and the procedure used to achieve them. The second part of the thesis presents the theoretical basis of the thesis and the technical concepts needed for the third part of the thesis, the analysis of the current situation, which is devoted to the analysis of the current situation, internal and external factors and the survey of customer needs and preferences. The outputs from the analysis of the current state are used in the following own solution proposals, where the output is a proposal of the future marketing strategy of the company with an emphasis on online marketing and the use of artificial intelligence.

This master thesis focuses on the customer market analysis of The Rosenfeld Palace in Žilina in order to identify the factors influencing the participation of local residents in cultural events. The thesis uses the Theory of Planned Behavior and the concept of Third Places as theoretical frameworks to construct qualitative research. Based on the findings, it offers recommendations for management leading to an increase in the attractiveness of the palace and its attendance by local residents.

The topic of this thesis is a proposal to expand the functionalities of electronic shelf labels to enhance communication with customers. The thesis is divided into three parts – theoretical, analytical, and proposal. The theoretical part is based on professional literature and is crucial to a deeper understanding of the issue. It also serves as a basis for the analytical part. In its introduction the company DATART is presented. The analytical part then deals with answering partial research questions interviews, questionnaire survey and observation. Based on the results of the analysis, the proposal part develops proposals focusing on specific measures and strategies that will meet the defined objectives.

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na řízení předání moci v malém rodinném podniku Schmidt Reality. Nejdříve definuje a vysvětluje základní pojmy související s procesem předání moci a řízením rodinných podniků. Dále se podrobně zaměřuje na specifika a výzvy spojené s předáním vedení v malých rodinných podnicích, zejména v realitním sektoru. V práci jsou prováděny strategické analýzy zaměřené na optimální přístupy k předání moci, s cílem zajistit hladký přechod a udržet kontinuitu a stabilitu podniku v rámci realitního odvětví.

The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic important concepts from the field of entrepreneurship, the establishment of the enterprise and methods of strategic analysis of the company's surroundings. In the analytical part of the thesis, strategic analyses of the external and internal environment are elaborated. The design part of the thesis contains a proposal of a business plan, which will be the basis for the establishment of a small business.

The second part is focused on the analysis of the company, both from the external environment and the internal environment. The final part of this work is devoted to suggestions for improving the marketing mix based on the analyzes from the previous part.
