Cieľom bakalárskej práce je využitie teoretických poznatkov, nástrojov a metód projektového manažmentu a ich aplikácie na projekt neziskovej organizácie. Myšlienkou analyzovaného projektu je snaha o usporiadanie série podujatí na pomoc pri integrácii zahraničných študentov VUT v Brne do miestneho prostredia po ich príchode do Českej republiky. Práca je rozdelená do troch hlavných častí. Prvá kapitola vymedzuje teoretické poznatky, na základe ktorých sú vytvorené návrhy riešenia. Druhá časť je zameraná na pozadie organizácie, organizačnú štruktúru, či rozbor problémov, ktoré nastali v minulosti. Posledná časť pracuje s teoretickými nástrojmi a metódami a transformuje ich do analýz pre projekt vhodných.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the development of business activities of a wine shop located in Blansko. On the basis of the theoretical knowledge from the first part of the thesis, an analytical part is prepared. This part evaluates the current situation of the enterprise. The result of the thesis is the proposal for the implementation of a delivery service that will help the company to increase sales and at the same time gain a competitive advantage.
