Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na založení malého podniku, kterým bude kavárna v obci Doudleby nad Orlicí. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní důležité pojmy z oblasti podnikání, založení podniku a metod strategických analýz z okolí podniku. V analytické části práce jsou zpracovány strategické analýzy externího a interního prostředí. Návrhová část práce obsahuje návrh podnikatelského plánu, který bude podkladem k založení malého podniku. The diploma thesis focuses on the establishment of a small business, which will be a café in the village of Doudleby nad Orlicí. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic important concepts from the field of entrepreneurship, the establishment of the enterprise and methods of strategic analysis of the company's surroundings. In the analytical part of the thesis, strategic analyses of the external and internal environment are elaborated. The design part of the thesis contains a proposal of a business plan, which will be the basis for the establishment of a small business.
