Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je na základě zhodnocení tržní situace na polském trhu navrhnout efektivní možnosti expanze vybrané společnosti a její realizace. Práce obsahuje komplexní pohled na situaci na daném trhu a na analýzu vybrané společnosti s přihlédnutím k rizikům a příležitostem, se kterými se společnost může setkat při expanzi na polském trhu ve výstavnictví. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to propose effective options for the expansion of the chosen company and its implementation based on an assessment of the market situation in the Polish market. The thesis includes a comprehensive view of the situation in the given market as well as an analysis of the chosen company, taking into account the risks and opportunities that the company may encounter during its expansion into the Polish exhibition market.
