This master’s thesis aims to compile a business plan for establishing a small company, specifically a distillery specializing in the production of traditional fruit spirits in the area of the city of Břeclav. The theoretical part of this thesis defines basic concepts in business, analyzes the external and internal environment, and develops a business plan for the newly emerging company. The analytical section includes SLEPTE analysis, Porter‘s Five Forces model, market analysis, and subsequent SWOT analysis, including a SWOT matrix. The practical part comprises the structure of the business plan, encompassing production planning, marketing planning, risk analysis, financial planning, and a schedule.

The diploma thesis deals with the concept of strategic development of a company operating internet projects based on content. The first chapter explains basic concepts such as marketing, strategy, and basic concepts in the field of internet marketing. The second chapter deals with analysis of the current situation, internal and external environment of the company, market analysis and the search intent analysis. Based on the results of the second chapter, the third chapter formulates the concept of strategic development of the company for the next five years.

The final third part is dedicated to proposed solutions derived from the practical section.

Marketing communication of the company when entering the market

The diploma's thesis focuses on the marketing communication of a specific company newly entering the market. The primary goal of the thesis is to create a marketing plan, which is developed based on all collected data. The selected enterprise specializes in financial consulting. Through a survey, customers' opinions on marketing communication in the service sector were collected. The interview with the business owner provided insights into the current and ideal state of marketing communication. Market data were analysed, yielding essential information. On the basis of this supporting data, a marketing communication plan for the Selected Company for the year 2025 was subsequently drawn up. The profitability of this plan was verified by calculation.
