Speech therapy prevention from the perspective of the kindergarten director

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of speech therapy prevention from the perspective of the kindergarten director. In accordance with the aim of the thesis, it analyses the current situation and identifies the possibilities of support and risks in the field of speech therapy prevention in selected kindergartens. It studies the state and level of work in kidergartens in terms of ensuring cooperation with a special pedagogical center, a pedagogical-psychological counselling center, a clinical speech therapist and further education of pedagogical staff with a focus on speech therapy assistants. It also indicates the possibilities of obtaining financial resources for aids for children with speech disorders, for further education of teaching staff or for possible cooperation with a clinical speech therapist directly in the kindergarten. The thesis also mentions the grant programs offered by the Ministry of Education and Culture. It also outlines a possible procedure for changing or increasing the efficiency of speech therapy prevention and motivational methods for the active approach of teaching staff, which can be used by the kindergarten director. Methods used by pedagogues in the kindergarten for facilitating children's adaptation process.

The paper examines the topic of the adaptation process of children starting at kindergarten. It generally focuses on methods and procedures used in adaptation processes that aim to facilitate children's adaptation. Theoretical findings relate to the adaptation process of preschool children. Qualitative research is then carried out. The theoretical part describes the developmental specifics of the preschool period. These are essential for understanding the behavior, experiences, and needs of preschool children. The role of the kindergarten institution and its influence on the child is mentioned, as well as the principle of adaptation itself. Adaptation is a significant change and stress, and for its successful progression (and the child's further life), the correct setting of the individual adaptation process is crucial. In this perspective, a large part is devoted not only to the role and experiences of a child but also to the influence of parents or lecturers in kindergarten. Title of the Bachelor's Thesis: Comparison of public and private education in kindergartens Abstract: The main goal of the work is to compare education in public and private kindergartens - by comparing school maturity and readiness of preschool children attending both public and private kindergartens. The theoretical framework of the work is based on the characteristics of children of preschool age, the legislative definition of kindergartens and the description of individual educational programs of different types of kindergartens. Experience of Gay families with preschool institutions

This bachelor's thesis explores the topic of gay families' experiences with female kindergarten teachers. The aim of this thesis was to explore and evaluate the perspectives of families where both parents are male on working with female kindergarten teachers and to describe the relationships and communication between gay families and the kindergarten teacher. Another aim of this study was to determine if there are any communication and relationship barriers in relation to the given specificity of the research families. The theoretical part of the thesis is an introduction to the issue of homoparental families, the relationship between the family and the kindergarten teacher, based on current research in the field of gay families and society. The empirical part of the thesis is conducted through qualitative research, the method of which was a semi-structured interview. The interviews were conducted with one parent from the paternal couple each time, and in addition, interviews were conducted with kindergarten teachers who have professional experience with a child growing up in a gay family. The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a building for a children‘s group. It is located in the perspective location of Házeňák, which is located near the center of Kopřivnice. It follows on from the assignment to design a set of buildings that will follow the function of student housing. When thinking about the cycle with the arrival of new students who can more easily settle in Kopřivnice and find or maintain a relationship with this city, it is related to the building of apartments, spaces for building businesses and increasing the capacity of kindergartens and nurseries. The study of spaces for the children‘s group reacts to the fragmented surrounding buildings and fits in with the height of the family houses. It gives the residents of Kopřivnice the opportunity to use other forms of pre-school education and fulfills one of the requirements of the strategic plan for increasing nursery capacity.
