The Specifics of Children Interrogation

Title of thesis: The Specifics of Children Interrogation Keywords: interrogation, child, sexual abuse Summary The thesis deals with specifics typical for interrogation of children, which means persons under eighteen years old. Unlike adults, a child psyche is characterized by many specifics that have to be considered during interrogation as well. The aim of the thesis is to point to basic specifics related to interrogation of children situated in various procedural positions - either in the position of aggrieved, witness or accused. The character of offense, and the part a child has taken in committing it, influences interrogator's approach and overall choice of tactics. Only a properly conducted interrogation can bring enough information useful in pretrial and following trial proceedings. For clarity the thesis is divided into two basic parts, namely the legal part and the criminal psychological part. First Part: Legal Aspects First chapter informs about basic terms I use in the thesis - it determines the terms of a child, a minor, children under fifteen, it points out various concepts of interrogation. Preparing the teachers for the integration of the children with autistic spektrum disorders into regular primary school

The diploma with title Preparing the teachers for the integration of the children with autistic spektrum disorders into regular primary school aims in its theoretical part acquaint the reader with the concept of autistic spectrum disorders, the classification and individual characteristics closer disorders. It provides an overview of suitable approaches, forms and methods of work with these children, educational opportunities and further aims at integration into mainstream schools. In its research section it aims to penetrate deeper into the issue of preparing teachers to integrate pupils with autism and a description of its subsequent course. Based on qualitative research methods, namely semi-structured interviews and document research presents a collection of opinions, attitudes, experiences, recommendations and advice on how to integrate teachers and school principals, as well as opinions and attitudes of teachers who don't have experience with integration. The results of the investigation could be a base for further research of a quantitative nature.
Education of Noble Women in the Bohemian Lands, 18th - 19th Centuries

(in English): The presented bachelor's thesis is going to outline the progress and the form of an educational process of girls in an aristocratic environment in the Bohemian Lands, particularly in the 18th - 19th century. By using literature sources and graduate's works, it describes the education of noble girls from their birth up to the completion of the educational process in the convent school or by an educational trip to Europe, respectively up to the weddings and starting their own families. Besides the requirements for education of noble children, including specific structure of subjects, the thesis pays attention to the people who provide upbringing and teaching - that are nannies, governesses and teachers. The thesis also deals with the Enlightenment and educational views of contemporary thinkers from John Locke to Johann Friedrich Herbart. By way of example of educational instructions and reflections written by noble ladies, the phenomenon of enlightened "new mother" is demonstrated. The institutions providing support and education to unmarried noble women and girls from impoverished families, such as the institutes for noble women and foundation, are mentioned as well.
The Role of Primary School Teachers in Moral Education

This theoretical bachelor's thesis focuses on the role of an primary-school teacher in moral education of a child. It defines important moral conceptions related to these problems. This thesis explains the mechanisms of the socialization and social learning processes which are a precondition of moral education. The text also describes theories of moral judgment development of an individual and points out opportunities of their implementation into the work of a teacher. Specific aspects of teacher's role in moral education of a child form an individual chapter. Attention is paid here especially to the teacher being as an important educational model, his fundamental personal characteristics and authority. The following part of this chapter defines the terms discipline and education of students' character. The last chapter concentrates on the teacher and possibilities of moral education in the context of Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education.

Parental responsibility Resumé - Zusammenfassung In der Arbeit habe ich mich mit Felsenklippen beschafft, die aus der spezifischen Verhältnisse zwischen Eltern und Kinder stammen, die Spezifität dieses Verhältnis ist durch die tatsächliche Ungleichheit den Subjekten gegeben, mit der Notwendigkeit die Schutz der schwächeren Seite - des Kindes zu sichern, ihren persönlichen Rechten sowie materialen Versicherung. Weiter die begrenzte Fähigkeit zu rechtlichem Tun des Kindes löst aus nicht nur den Brauch für es handeln, aber auch die Notwendigkeit es lenken, erziehen und die Aufsicht von ihm ausüben, denn das Kind hat begrenzte delinquente Fähigkeit, und die eventuelle Verantwortlichkeit für die Schaden, die einerseits dem Kind anderseits den dritte Personen verschuldet sind, tragen in der Regel die Eltern. Zu dem Vollzug diesen spezifischen Rechten und Pflichten den Eltern ist nötig ihnen die Kompetenz zu überlassen, die wir in anderen rechtlichen Verhältnisse auch nicht finden. Research of religious literacy of preschool children in a Christian kindergarten class. Case study

The Diploma thesis "Research on religious literacy of preschool children in a Christian kindergarten class: Case study" consists of two main parts. Its chief aim is to introduce a new term "religious literacy" and identify its main features on children of preschool age. In the first chapter, it is dealt with the term of literacy in general and from the religious point of view. First, the term is defined; its levels, main factors and points of judgment are specified. Further, the particular models for preschool age and the main principles of its effective stimulation and development are drawn up. In the chapter about religious literacy, the stage of faith intuitive - projective is presented, typical for preschool age. It is based on the passages from Catechism of the Catholic Church. The item of the second part is a case study as an empirical research on religious literacy of preschool children in a Christian kindergarten class. The research is directly connected to the theoretical part and its main goal is to get a real picture of the stand of religious-literacy state of preschool children and to analyze given issues. Pupils with the learning disability and their integration

In this thesis I would like to deal with the issue, which is in my opinion, still current. The number of children with learning disabilities has been growing constantly and working with them has been getting more and more demanding. The correct diagnosis of learning disabilities is very important for a child and involves the participation of the pedagogical-psychological counselling institution. The correct educational approach in an ordinary class at primary school is also important to these students. It's the teacher who finally makes the individual educational year plan and suggests different ways of re-education.
