Stimulation in Human Resources Management in the Manufacturing Company

Diploma thesis deals with the stimulation tools in a big manufacturing company with which it’s possible effectively influence the work force. The first part is focused on theoretical and methodical area; it describes the importance of personal management and human resource management, influence employees in the procedure and effective communication. The second section represents the current situation of personal management, motivation and communication tools in the company. In the third part founds own analysis which was carried out by interview, it presents results of research. The fourth part shows possible solutions for problems of stimulation and communication with the staff.

Analysis of Employee Satisfaction with the Motivation System in the Selected Company

The subject of this diploma thesis is to verify the satisfaction of employees in a selected company by a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part deals with the definitions of job satisfaction, ways of motivation, employee remuneration and concept of benefits. The research part of the work is devoted to quantitative research, which takes the form of an online questionnaire. Based on the evaluated data, proposals and recommendations are made to increase employee satisfaction in the workplace.

Quality of working life of Czech nurses and its changes over time

The bachelor's thesis named The quality of the working life of Czech nurses and its changes over time is about the quality of life, the quality of working life and the quality of the working life of nurses, which is discussed in the theoretical part of the thesis. Aims: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to find out what the quality of the working life of Czech nurses is now, what it was like 10 years ago and to compare those results. Methods: Data was collected in selected departments at the Motol University Hospital, both inpatient and outpatient types of workplaces. The target group consisted pediatric and general nurses. Microsoft Forms online form was used to colect data, Microsoft Excel and Statistica CZ 12 were used for data processing. 90 valid questionnaires were included in the study. Results: The quality of the working life of Czech nurses has increased slightly over the course of 10 years. Nurses rate the quality of working life slightly more positively than the citizens of the Czech Republic (according to data available from the portal Pracovní pohoda, portal dedicated to measuring the quality of working life, in which the Occupational Safety Research Institute, v. v. i. and the Sociological Institute of the Institute of Sociology of the Czech Academy of Sciences, v. v. i....

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the employee benefits system in the selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces individual concepts that are necessary for understanding other contexts. The analytical part focuses on research concerning employee satisfaction with the benefits offered in the form of a questionnaire survey and interviews. In the final part of the thesis, proposals and recommendations for changes to the current benefits system are drawn up based on the results found.

Bachelor thesis describes method of remuneration by employee benefits in selected company. The theoretical part examines impact of surroundings on remuneration and various aspects of benefits. The practical part describes trends on market of benefits and analyse current situation in Thermo Fisher Scientific Brno s.r.o. with methods such as questionnaire, analyses, interview with management. It also describes options provided by cafeteria plan and its flexibility for benefits distribution to each employee. Suggestion presents benefits of cafeteria plan, how old and new benefits should be implemented into this plan, and what it costs.

The focus of the bachelor thesis is the employee remuneration system in the selected company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts that fall into the area of employee remuneration. The analytical part examines and assesses the remuneration system currently operating in the selected company, taking into account the external and internal influences that affect it. The performed analyzes provide the basis from which proposals for changes to the current remuneration system are drawn up, which are intended to achieve increased employee satisfaction.

The bachelor thesis is focused on employee satisfaction. The aim of the thesis is to determine the current level of employee satisfaction and motivation in the selected company and to present suggestions for their improvement. The theoretical part deals with literature search and explanation of important concepts. The analytical part of the thesis introduces the company and elaborates the chosen quantitative research strategy. This is followed by the processing and evaluation of the data obtained. The last part elaborates the actual proposed solutions that can lead to an increase in the overall job satisfaction in the company.
