Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na systém odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy, které spadají právě do oblasti odměňování zaměstnanců. Analytická část zkoumá a posuzuje systém odměňování, který je v současnosti ve vybrané společnosti používají, a to s ohledem na vnější a vnitřní vlivy, které na něj působí. Provedené analýzy poskytují základ, ze kterého dochází k sestavení návrhů na změny současného systému odměňování, které mají docílit zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců. The focus of the bachelor thesis is the employee remuneration system in the selected company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts that fall into the area of employee remuneration. The analytical part examines and assesses the remuneration system currently operating in the selected company, taking into account the external and internal influences that affect it. The performed analyzes provide the basis from which proposals for changes to the current remuneration system are drawn up, which are intended to achieve increased employee satisfaction.
