Diplomová práce se zabývá stimulačními nástroji ve velké výrobní firmě, kterými lze účinně ovlivňovat zaměstnance. První část je zaměřena na teoretickou a metodickou oblast, popisuje význam personalistiky a řízení lidských zdrojů, ovlivňování zaměstnanců v pracovním procesu a efektivní komunikaci. Část druhá vystihuje současný stav personálního managementu, motivace a komunikačních nástrojů ve firmě. Ve třetí části se nachází vlastní analýza, která byla provedena pomocí dotazníkového šetření, prezentuje výsledky průzkumu. Čtvrtá část uvádí možná řešení pro problematiku stimulace a komunikace s pracovníky. Diploma thesis deals with the stimulation tools in a big manufacturing company with which it’s possible effectively influence the work force. The first part is focused on theoretical and methodical area; it describes the importance of personal management and human resource management, influence employees in the procedure and effective communication. The second section represents the current situation of personal management, motivation and communication tools in the company. In the third part founds own analysis which was carried out by interview, it presents results of research. The fourth part shows possible solutions for problems of stimulation and communication with the staff.
