Measuring and Evaluating Company Performance Using Comparison between Companies

This bachelor’s thesis is aimed at the evaluation of the financial performance of the company FRAENKISCHE CZ s.r.o. and comparing it with the competitor LUNA PLAST a.s.The comparsion between these two companies is made in the period from 2018 to 2020 and then the improvement proposal is submitted. The work is divided into three parts. In the first one, theoretical, are defined concepts and the indicators of financial analysis. In the analytical part, values were calculated by using individuals indicators which were mentioned in the previous part. The final part presents the recommendations for improvement of the financial situation of the company.

This bachelor thesis is focused on cost management in the construction company Revitalstav s.r.o. The theoretical part describes the main principals of accounting, the types of calculations and cost allocation, which are needed in the second chapter dealing with the analytical part and cost optimization. The analytical part first describes the process of loggia construction, cost allocation and current price calculations. The suggestion part describes the possibilities of optimization of the cost of construction and the accurate calculations including overhead costs. It also includes suggestions to optimize fuel costs.

The Bachelor thesis focuses on cost management in an energy company Adavak, s.r.o. Thesis is composed of theoretical and analytical part and of the proposals of the thesis. The theoretical part explains basic concepts and analyses, which are further used in the thesis. The analytical part describes the company and the calculation method and system for the production and sale of thermal energy. Final part of the thesis is focused on the proposals of the thesis, which are based on the analytical part and cost modelling. This part addresses planned increase in the volume of thermal energy sales, and its effects on price and costs.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the measurement and evaluation of the financial performance of Siemens, s.r.o. in the years 2016-2020. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of financial analysis, its individual indicators as well as formulas for calculations. In the second, practical part, the financial analysis is performed on the basis of the assumptions and methods defined in the theoretical part. The third part offers suggestions for solving the identified problems that could improve the current financial situation.

This bachelor’s thesis focus is set on performance evaluation of company Stavivo IBV s.r.o. in years 2018 until 2020, using the method of benchmarking. The first part focuses on theoretical resources needed for thesis, specifically it is basic terms and selected indicators. The second part’s intent is on introducing the main company and secondary companies, as well as elaboration of financial analysis, its indicators and comparing them using the benchmarking method. The last part focuses on my personal proposals to improve the main’s company standing on its market segment.

This bachelor thesis focuses on measuring and evaluating financial preformance of Avast software s.r.o. with o competitor ESET software spol. s.r.o. in 2018-2020. The thesis consist of four parts. The theoretical part consists of definitions of terms and describes the individal financial indicators of financial analysis. In the practial part, individual indicators are calculated using formulas. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to suggestions for improving the situation in the analyzed company Avast software s.r.o.

The theoretical part describes individual methods of financial analysis, as well as indicators. The second part is aimed at analyzing the current state of the company using the methods from introduced in the theoretical part. In the third part of the bachelor's thesis, a proposal is made to solve the situation in the company, which should lead to an improvement in the situation at the enterprise.
