Motivation and Satisfaction of Managers in the Selected Company

This master's thesis deals with the satisfaction of managers and the correct grasp of the motivational style by management and society. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part, basic concepts are defined: manager, management, leader, leadership. Next, the types of leadership styles of managers are defined and compared. Subsequently, the concept of need, motive, motivation is explained here and the most basic tools for motivation are presented. The empirical part contains a qualitative research study carried out through semi-structured interviews, the aim of which was to answer the main research questions. At the same time, it was investigated what influences this phenomenon and what type of cooperation or help the respondents would welcome to improve their work performance. The goal of this work is to make a concrete proposal that will lead to an increase in work performance.

The thesis is divided into three parts, the first part deals with theoretical starting points, which are drawn from professional literature and publications by various authors who have an overview of the given issue. In the second part, the existing remuneration system in the company and the factors affecting it are analyzed. The third part deals with specific proposals for improving the remuneration system in the company.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the remuneration system of the employees of the selected company, the aim of which is a proposal to improve the satisfaction of these employees. The theoretical part introduces the key concepts for better understanding, which are then used in other parts of the thesis. The analytical part evaluates the current situation within the employee remuneration system, which is the basic basis for the design part. The design part then develops changes to the employee reward system to better motivate employees.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Vonekl, s.r.o. in the years 2017-2021 and is divided into four parts. The first part contains individual goals, methods and work procedures. The second part contains detailed theoretical knowledge of financial analysis. The theoretical part is followed by the third chapter, which deals with financial analysis and evaluation of the current state of the company. The last part contains measures that could lead to an improvement in the company's financial situation.
