Eva Nechlebová, Ph.D. ABSTRACT The bachelor thesis is about suitable motoric activities for pre - school children. The objektive of this thesis is the creation of a methodical handbook for suitable motoric activities for pre- school children. In the theoretic part the attention is paid to the human motor skills, basic motoric abilities, motoric training and the characteristic of the pre-school age. In the practical part there is a suggestion of a methodical handbook for suitable motoric activities for pre-school children. The first part of this work was studying of school educational programmes of selected nursery schools. The second part consisted in semi-structured interview survey aimed at physical education teachers of the first class at the elementary school and its following analysis. The results of the analysis were basic for the methodical handbook. The results showed that the majority of the first class children have not learnt some chosen motoric skills. Comparison of motor abilities of pair and unpaired rowers

Theme in this thesis is comparison of motor abilities of pair and unpaired rowers. There is briefly mentioned characteristic of rowing and structure of rowing performance in theoretical part. Next captures are about single motor abilities. In practical part of thesis are characterized rowers, who were tested and Unifittes 6-60, according to were rowers tested. Evaluation of motor skills level in children of the primary education of selected Prague elementary schools

Title: Evaluation of motor skills level in children of the primary education of selected Prague elementary schools Objectives: The main aim of the study was to evaluate current level of motor skills of primary education children of selected Prague elementary schools using standardized assessment battery MABC-2. A partial goal of the study was to compare the level achieved in the MABC-2 test with the data acquired through the questionnaire survey regarding physical activities of participating responders. (n = 134). Methods: A total number of 134 responders (60 girls and 74 boys) aged from 7 to 12 years from two selected Prague elementary schools participated in the research. The level of motor skills of all participants was examined using a standardized assessment battery MABC- 2. The testing was carried out in the form of field research during physical education lessons at selected schools. A questionnaire designed specifically for the purpose of this study, subsequently completed by legal representatives of the responders, was used for the orientation examination of the physical behaviour of the participants. Specific of the school education for pupils with mild mental disability in the physical education classes with the choice to implement yoga elements

The thesis focuses on the issue of education of pupils with the slight mental disabilities in physical education classes, taking into account the possibility to implement elements of yoga and relaxation and its later influence on the pupils. In the theoretical section, the goal is to analyze the groundwork of term base for the quantitative research, examine the expression of a light mental disability, and engage with the physical education and concepts of yoga and relaxation. The empirical section focuses on development of the methodical resources for the teacher and subsequent assessment in the elementary school's enviroment. Relation between occurrence of specific language impairment and motor skills in children

Title: Relation between occurrence of specific language impairment and motor skills in children Objectives: The aim of this thesis is detection of prevalence of risk factors for specific language impairment in children in the Czech Republic and evaluation of another possible difficulties these children may have, especially those which could be detected or influenced by physiotherapist. The emphasis was given on pre- and perinatal complications, early motor development complications and motor impairment. Methods: The anonymous questionnaires were used for the data collection. They were distributed to the speech therapists' offices in Prague and Jesenice by Prague and filled by parents of children with specific language impairment when they visited the office. Overall 145 questionnaires were included in the research. Results: Hypothesis n. 1 was confirmed - higher prevalence of complications during pregnancy than prevalence of assisted reproduction was found (considering the prenatal complications) and higher prevalence of complications during birth than prevalence of preterm birth or low birth weight was found (considering the perinatal complications) in children with specific language impairment in the Czech Republic. The main goal of the thesis entitled "The selected methods of social work with clients self-non sufficient in health care facilities" was to describe and to analyze methods used in activation of the elderly suffering from dementia. It draws a comparison of different settings and explores workers's attitude to the methods of activation. The text of the thesis was mapped out into five chapters. The first chapter was set into the context of old age and ageing. The second chapter is concerned with the issues of self-sufficiency and dependency of old age and other related issues. The topic of the third chapter is old age in relation with memory. It defines memory and memory disorders in the elderly suffering from dementia. The fourth chapter is crucial and gives an idea of non-pharmacological and other possible activities which are eligible for application in practice and are intended to reduce cognitive disorders of cognitive functions and behavior disorders. The theoretical part enters into research carried out in four facilities which care for clients with dementia. Title: Heredity influence and motor development in preschool children Objectives: Objective of this work is evaluation of heredity of movement evolution according to available literature. Methods: Thesis has a recherche character. Information for our research were found in available scholar and internet sources. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part there are clarified basic terms about heredity, motor development and genetic determination. The second part is focused on particular life periods of kids up to 6 years old and their motor development in their life periods.
