Název: Vztah mezi výskytem logopedických vad a motorikou u d tí. Cíl: Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jaký je výskyt rizikových faktor vzniku logopedických vad u d tí v eské republice a jaké obtíže tyto d ti mohou mít, v obojím p ípad s d razem na ty, se kterými se m že setkat i které m že ovlivnit fyzioterapeut. Jedná se p edevším a pre- a perinatální komplikace, komplikace v pr b hu raného psychomotorického vývoje a motorické obtíže dít te. Metody: Sb r dat probíhal pomocí anonymních anketních šet ení, která byla distribuována do 11 logopedických ambulancí v Praze a Jesenici u Prahy. Anketní šet ení vypl ovali rodi e d tí s logopedickými vadami p i návšt v ambulance. Celkov bylo do výzkumu zahrnuto 145 anketních šet ení. Výsledky: Hypotéza . 1 se potvrdila - u d tí s logopedickými vadami v eské republice byl nalezen z hlediska prenatálních komplikací vyšší výskyt komplikací v t hotenství (než um lého oplodn ní) a z hlediska perinatálních komplikací vyšší výskyt komplikací v pr b hu porodu (než p ed asného narození i nízké porodní hmotnosti). Potvrdila se i hypotéza . 2 - výskyt komplikací v pr b hu raného psychomotorického vývoje byl u d tí s logopedickými vadami v eské republice vyšší, než jakýchkoli pre- nebo perinatálních komplikací. Title: Relation between occurrence of specific language impairment and motor skills in children Objectives: The aim of this thesis is detection of prevalence of risk factors for specific language impairment in children in the Czech Republic and evaluation of another possible difficulties these children may have, especially those which could be detected or influenced by physiotherapist. The emphasis was given on pre- and perinatal complications, early motor development complications and motor impairment. Methods: The anonymous questionnaires were used for the data collection. They were distributed to the speech therapists' offices in Prague and Jesenice by Prague and filled by parents of children with specific language impairment when they visited the office. Overall 145 questionnaires were included in the research. Results: Hypothesis n. 1 was confirmed - higher prevalence of complications during pregnancy than prevalence of assisted reproduction was found (considering the prenatal complications) and higher prevalence of complications during birth than prevalence of preterm birth or low birth weight was found (considering the perinatal complications) in children with specific language impairment in the Czech Republic.
