Education of pupils with special educational needs in a selected Montessori school

This thesis deals with the education of pupils with special educational needs in a selected Montessori school. The aim of the thesis is to examine the views of teachers on the education of pupils with special educational needs within the Montessori pedagogy, to analyse the implementation of support measures in a selected Montessori school and to evaluate the opportunities and risks that the Montessori system of education brings to these pupils. The theoretical framework of this thesis includes the study of special educational needs and support measures, defining the concepts of integration and inclusion in education along with the principles of inclusion. It also focuses on the characteristics of alternative schools, their function and role in education policy, including their legislative anchorage. The personality of Maria Montessori, the philosophy of her pedagogy and the principles of her pedagogical system are the central theme of the whole work. The practical part of the thesis contains the methodology and final results of the qualitative research conducted in the form of semi- structured interviews in a selected Montessori school. Cubistic hosehold. Artistic style through the eyes of family participants in education.

This bachelor thesis focuses on cubism as an artistic movement, but it does not fulfill an art historical purpose. It explores the basics of cubism and proposes a final educational program for primary school students and lower secondary school students. The aim of the thesis is to introduce this artistic style through an educational program, which includes a walk through "cubist architecture" in Prague, a visit to the Czech Cubism Exhibition at the House of the Black Madonna, and practical exercises with worksheets so that participants gain knowledge that will last in the long term. Education of seniors in modern technologies in Luka nad Jihlavou

This thesis focuses on the education of seniors in modern technologies in the Luka nad Jihlavou municipality. In today's digitalized society, it is essential for the older generation to navigate modern technologies, which contributes to their better social integration and independence. A digitally literate individual knows how to use these technologies correctly and is aware of the potential risks associated with them. The goal of this work is to create an educational course for seniors that meets all the criteria for educational course creation and to verify its effectiveness through a questionnaire survey conducted before and after the course implementation. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to the issues of aging, old age, specifics of senior education, digital technology, or the creation of an educational course. The practical part builds on the theoretical foundations of the thesis and focuses on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the educational course. It includes the methodology and analysis of feedback from participants, obtained through a questionnaire survey before and after completing the course. Methods and techniques of drama education as a tool for inclusion of pupils with a different mother tongue

The diploma thesis is named "Methods and Techniques of Drama Education as a Tool for Inclusion of Pupils with a Different Mother Tongue." In the theoretical part, the issues of pupils with a different mother tongue are specified. Subsequently, I generally discuss drama education as a method of teaching and furthermore its specific methods and techniques, which can be used for the inclusion of a pupil with a foreign mother language. In the practical part, I name the most common difficulties in the inclusion of a pupil with a foreign mother language in the educational process and define the utilization rate of drama education in eliminating the issues mentioned in the previous part. In the research, I used a quantitative analysis, a structured questionnaire method, and qualitative experiments through semi-structured interviews. The questionnaire was answered by 42 respondents (pedagogical employees).The results of the questionnaire analysis indicate that the greatest difficulties are language barriers, cultural differences, and unfamiliarity with the environment. Education of kindergarten teachers and their competences in cooperation with the pedagogical-psychological counselling centre.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of education of teachers in kindergartens in relation to the competence for pedagogical diagnosis and communication with the pedagogical-psychological counselling of preschool children. The thesis deals with the actual form of cooperation between the PPCC and the kindergarten and also alludes to the sometimes occurring issue of cooperation between parents and teachers regarding the visit to the counselling centre and possible subsequent rejection results. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the clarification of the concept of the preschool child and its needs in relation to the kindergarten where it occurs, the subsequent pedagogical diagnosis and the necessary individualization. Closely related to this is the personality of the teacher, who the teacher actually is for the child, what are his/her roles, professional activities and duties and how much his/her overall quality matters. This section also focuses on the legislation measures and the educational system of kindergarten teachers in the Czech Republic. Application of educational and counseling activities in the practice of probation officers

The diploma thesis focuses on the application of educational and counseling activities in the practice of probation officers. Probation is viewed as a tool of social andragogy, the practical application of which can be found in institutions that focus, among other things, on the socialization and resocialization of individuals such as criminals. The aim of the work is to analyze and characterize the educational and counseling activities that selected probation officers use in their work with persons released from imprisonment and to identify barriers to their use. A secondary aim of the research findings is to determine which activities are considered most effective in the process of integrating these persons into society according to the selected probation officers. The theoretical part of the thesis first deals with the definition of the concept of restorative justice, programs of restorative justice, the specifics of this concept in the Czech Republic and in selected foreign countries. The Role and Contribution of Prison Chaplains in the Process of Development and Reintegration of Convicts

The diploma thesis analyses the work and contribution of clergymen in the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the role of the chaplains in the prison environment, it also deals with its historical development and key moments in history that have influenced the contemporary form of spiritual care of convicts. The theoretical part also presents an enumeration of the possibilities and specifics of development and education of convicts in the prison care system and the system of functioning of the educational and developmental system available to convicts during their sentence. It is within this spectrum of activities and activities that the role of spiritual care is further embedded in the theoretical part. Further, the theory articulates the impact of spiritual care on the lives of convicts and the experience of punishment. The theoretical part concludes with a comparison of the Czech and international context of chaplaincy and clerical activities, as well as post-penitentiary care, in which the thesis presents the specifics and methods of clerical work in the reintegration of convicts back into society.
