Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na aplikaci edukačních a poradenských aktivit v praxi probačních úředníků. Na probaci je nahlíženo jako na nástroj sociální andragogiky, jejíž praktické uplatnění je možné nalézt v institucích, které se zaměřují mimo jiné na socializaci a resocializaci jedinců jako jsou například pachatelé trestných činů. Cílem práce je analyzovat a charakterizovat edukační a poradenské aktivity, které vybraní probační úředníci používají při své práci s osobami propuštěnými z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a identifikovat bariéry pro jejich využívání. Sekundárním cílem výzkumných zjištění je určit, jaké aktivity jsou podle vybraných probačních úředníků považovány za nejúčinnější v procesu integrace těchto osob do společnosti. Teoretická část práce se zprvu zabývá vymezením konceptu restorativní justice, programy restorativní justice, specifiky tohoto konceptu v České republice a ve vybraných zahraničních zemích. Následně je popsána činnost Probační a mediační služby jako specifické organizace prosazující koncept restorativní justice v České republice a spojující dvě stěžejní složky v této oblasti, a to probaci a mediaci. Pozornost je dále věnována významu probace a jejímu využití z hlediska andragogiky. Přiblíženi jsou aktéři probace, je definován výkon funkce probačního úředníka a... The diploma thesis focuses on the application of educational and counseling activities in the practice of probation officers. Probation is viewed as a tool of social andragogy, the practical application of which can be found in institutions that focus, among other things, on the socialization and resocialization of individuals such as criminals. The aim of the work is to analyze and characterize the educational and counseling activities that selected probation officers use in their work with persons released from imprisonment and to identify barriers to their use. A secondary aim of the research findings is to determine which activities are considered most effective in the process of integrating these persons into society according to the selected probation officers. The theoretical part of the thesis first deals with the definition of the concept of restorative justice, programs of restorative justice, the specifics of this concept in the Czech Republic and in selected foreign countries. Subsequently, the activity of the Probation and Mediation Service is described as a specific organization promoting the concept of restorative justice in the Czech Republic and connecting two key components in this area, namely probation and mediation.
