Earlier study in the subject AG33 gave form to the following bachelor’s thesis which further develops the study into the level of Building permit documentation and Documentation for execution of the project. The theme of this work is Cultural center Brno. Designed building is situated in the center part of the city of Brno. Building site is surrounded from the south by a hill with a castle Spilberk and from the north by the Udolni Street in a context with a park Obilni trh on the other side of this street. This building is designed as a cultural center with many leisure activities for people of any age, including: making of art, education, sport and self-growth development. The main idea was to create a public space for people, where they could get together at any time and hang out, get cultural education or play a sport and at the same time take a little break from the rush of life. This single-storey building takes a U-shape a thanks to the arrangement of all parts – naturally creates space for public. There is also a green roof which expands living area of cultural life.
Improvisation and personality: exploring the effects of practicing improvisational theater on the development of select personality characteristics

This paper's first portion overviews the extant academic literature in an attempt to provide insight into the development of personality through the practice of improvisational theater. First, the author defines improvisation in relation to the broader concept of theater, identifies commonalities between it and play, and demonstrates its educational and therapeutic uses. She goes on to address the demands improvisation places on the actor's personality, with a focus on collaboration, creativity and spontaneity. Concluding the overview, the author explains the purpose of improvisation classes and, using the example of working with creativity, spontaneity and their inhibitors, describes how such classes facilitate the development of improvisation skills. In the paper's second portion, the author proposes a study designed to empirically assess the theory laid out previously. She suggests the use of an experiment to track the changes in selected personality traits over the course of a year of improvisation training.
Development of the manager's personality in the selected company

This bachelor thesis is based on the study of specialized Czech and foreign literature related to the development of manager's personality and lifelong learning in connection with current trends in the job market. It examines the current state of manager's personality development and compares it with the needs of subordinate employees. The aim of the thesis is to identify the development opportunities for the selected manager and recommend possible changes in procedures that could lead to higher effectiveness and subordinate satisfaction. The thesis recommends selected literature and completion of courses based on the identified weaknesses of the manager.
The Choir as an Option of Spending Leisure Time

The thesis deals with the choir with respect to leisure education and focuses on school-aged singers. The first part of the thesis subscribes leisure time and leisure education, music and musical abilities theoretically. Then it characterises the choir, its division, describes it as an after-school activity and names institutions that organise choirs. It also characterises school-age with respect to developmental psychology and music psychology. Then there is a theoretical subscribe of music activities that support the development of musical abilities and singing and rhythm feeling of members of child choir.
Influence of literary-dramatic fairy tale plays and exercises on the development of pre-school children personalities

The aim of the thesis is to develop and enrich the children's side of personality through an entertaining form of literary drama and fairy tale exercises. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part deals with the explanation of the basic terms of drama education, as well as the concepts of play and exercise. It also characterizes the pre-school age in terms of developmental psychology. It describes physical and motorical development, cognitive processes and emotional and social development. Then it conceives the theme of fairy tales. It deals with the importance of fairy tales for the development of child's personality and psychological analysis of selected fairy tales. The second practical part presents the proposed project for preschool children called "Know the realm of fairy tales". In the end, the practical experience with the project in the selected kindergarten is evaluated. At the end of the thesis is evaluated, whether the goal of the thesis is fulfilled.
Folk-song in pedagogy for pre-school children

The thesis concerns practical possibilities how to work with folk-songs not only for building-up the musical skills of pre-school children but also for the influence of their overall personal development. The theoretical part describes the folk-song development in RVP PV, particular musical activities working with songs and this part also mentions the devolepment of pre- school child(e)ren abilities and shortly describes the personality of pre-school pedagogue. The practical part concerns how to work with the folk-song in practice. The concrete example (set of songs) shows how is possible to develop children's personality via musical activities. Songs contain practial topics according to defined aims, which are realised in the concrete nursery school. Subsequently are recorded children's reactions at implemented activities. Interests, leisure activities and personality development of adolescents

The bachelor thesis project aims to cover the individual aspects of the topic of adolescents' personality development by means of their leisure activities. Therefore, it concerns leisure activities and their developmental consequences, as well as formative factors and the relevant adolescence-related topics (especially social aspects of maturing). The thesis consists of two main parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical description of the topic. The second part involves a proposal for an empirical research. The adolescent period is very dynamic and full of changes as the personality of an individual is being formed and it is therefore appropriate to observe the influence of various developmental aspects of leisure activities on the personality of adolescent boys and girls. The Importance of Self-Assessment in the Pupil's Personality Development (With Consideration to Other Motivational Factors)

This bachelor thesis "The Importance of Self-Assessment in the Pupil's Personality Development (With Consideration to Other Motivational Factors)" is divided into three parts. First it deals with general questions of the pupil's personality development and aims at seven kinds of heed according to Helus (2009). These are vital for personality development of each child. The second chapter is focused on self-reflection as one of the chosen factors and summarizes the findings about this topic. It presents an extensive terminology which is associated with the concept of self-reflection and personality development. It reminds the idea of adequate self-reflection, development of self-concept and self-regulation. The third chapter aims at family and school as the two basic influences in the child's development of self- concept. It mentions parents' expectations and adequacy of requirements and their influence on the self-concept development and it also deals with possibilities of development at school.
