The goal of the bachelor thesis is to summarize bibliography focused on the problem of primary school management. The empirical research reveals if it is unified management system, what are its common features, how much and which parts are influenced by school size. Method of empirical research is questionary investigation. The respondents are basic school managers from Kladno district. In order to investigation were addressed 59 managers with returnability 59 %. Results of the questionary investigation were charted into a table, described and compared with Primary school Zlonice, Kladno district. Delegation of powers to the director of the kindergarten the other leaders of the school, depending on the size of the school and the number of remote sites

The final bachelor thesis deals with the process how to delegate the nursery school director's power and responsibility to other senior executives. The theoretical part of the thesis makes use of the findings gained from the management literature, depicting the topic of delegating in a broader context. The subject is also applied to the education system, particularly nursery school directors. The analysis of the quantitative research, using questionnaire survey designed for nursery school directors, presents a comparison of the current state of delegating process in public nursery schools with and without detached departments. This thesis is beneficial for nursery school directors as a means of support in their own process of delegating power and responsibility to other senior executives of the school, as well as to founders of schools who decide about autonomy or merging nursery schools. The Manifestation of God in Film

Anotation The main gaol of this study is to systematically map the manifestation of God in film with the focus on Hollywood production because it influences the whole western cinematography from its beginning to the present day. It systematically reveals various approaches to adaptation of the topic with regard to the time, cultural and social kontext. It expounds the development of the main aspects and ground of film censorship, which is considerably influenced by religion in secularized societies. It describes the techniques and approaches of individual directors to the topic.
Support of the beginning directors of kindergartens from 1990 to present

This diploma thesis provides information on the subject of supporting beginning kindergarten headmasters. It deals with the changes of this support from 1990 until the present. The objective of this diploma thesis is to find out the opinions of the headmasters of pre-primary education schools in Prague concerning the support provided by the state, school authority, middle management, the previous headmaster, other colleagues and educational institutions upon taking up their the post. The theoretical part introduces the basic terms connected with the headmaster's managerial functions and competences as well as with the historical development of the kindergarten headmaster's function in relation to the support received upon taking up their post. It points out the necessity of external support of headmasters during their career, especially in its beginning. The empirical part of the thesis is based on studying specialised literature and on survey results. It assesses the headmasters' experience at the beginning of their careers as headmasters. It evaluates the quality of assistance provided and points out the missing links of subvention. Adaptation of teaching staff in kindergartens

The aim of this thesis to describe the adaptation process. The theoretical part to preserve the ntegrity of the topic briefly decribes the stages of development of the technical terms (personnel administration, personnel management, human resources) and human aktivity. The main part is focused on the adaptation process, defining the objectives of the adaptation process, species adaptation and the factors influencing an adaptation process, Following part of this chapter is dedicated to the participants of the adaptation process, the adaptation plan and feedback, which is an essential and integral component of the adaptation proces. The research is focused on the adaptation process of teachers in kindergartens. The research method is a survey and subsequent interviews with several randomly selected Director kindergartens. The result of the survey is to determine the course of adaptation in kindergartens and directors approach to this issue. Thesis deals with the role of the director of a kindergarten within shaping of the school culture and with the potential of school culture in terms of contemporary education. Thesis focuses on the factors which the director influences the most and which leads to increased level of quality of teachers' work. In the theoretical part the emphasis is on understanding the concepts in the school culture, school climate, management and leadership and also on relationships in kindergarten, which create and develop a quality society. Further, the thesis concerns the research investigation, which detects the orientation of the issue of school culture and current use of knowledge in connection to the management of kindergarten. Connection between headteachers' professional development and phases of their career (from the perspective of kindergarten headteachers in the Pilsen Region)

The thesis deals with an actual topic which must be solved in connection with promotion of lifelong learning principle in educational policy and with the need of systematic support for head teachers such as education and development throughout their career. At this time the role of school leader is changing as a consequence of changing environment dependency. Therefore it seems to be necessary that school managements identify themselves with the ideas of lifelong learning. Research of this study is oriented in the same sense. Its main goal is to chart the actual state of attention which is paid by kindergarten leaders of the Plzeň Region to their professional development. The final study is elaborated in the context of human capital values increase as a tool for adaptation to changes brought by the contemporary world. The thesis flows from the studied theory, information got by a survey and the author's own experience, too. It brings an outline, how kindergarten directors in the Plzeň Region do perceive the actual development and educational support in the relation to managing all phases of their career, and it indicates that weaknesses remain in the professional head teachers' development and the development of school leaders itself is not conceived as a system.

Prof. Jaroslav Kalous, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: Dynamic development of contemporary society significantly affects the education requirements. Therefore current educational program has to respond flexibly and implement new knowledge of technology, information and communication technology, economics, social disparities reflect accretion, changes in traditional family model, ecological threats. The role of school as a social institution must ensure the implementation of a range of functions and its operation is dependent on many involved factors associated not only with school itself but also with external environment. Thus in the first part, this thesis describes the function of schools and current school education. Further attention is also paid to the role and function of school leaders in education and school management. The second part is focused on the research performance of the functions of schools in primary education level. Although the results of the research are clear on the performance of most requested features, their direct impact on school and leisure-time activities of students and public must be improved.
