Závěrečná bakalářská práce představuje pohled na proces delegování pravomoci a odpovědnosti ředitele mateřské školy na ostatní vedoucí pracovníky. V teoretické části této práce je využito získaných poznatků z manažerské literatury zachycující téma delegování v širších souvislostech, ale také je toto téma aplikováno na školství, konkrétně na ředitele mateřské školy. Analýza kvantitativního výzkumu formou dotazníkového šetření určeného ředitelům mateřských škol představuje porovnání současného stavu procesu delegování ve státních mateřských školách s detašovanými pracovišti, a školách bez detašovaných pracovišť. Tato práce je přínosná pro samotné ředitele mateřských škol, kteří zde naleznou podporu vlastního rozhodování v procesu delegování pravomoci a odpovědnosti na ostatní vedoucí pracovníky školy, ale také zřizovatelům, kteří rozhodují o samostatnosti, či sloučení objektů mateřských škol. The theoretical part of the thesis makes use of the findings gained from the management literature, depicting the topic of delegating in a broader context. The subject is also applied to the education system, particularly nursery school directors. The analysis of the quantitative research, using questionnaire survey designed for nursery school directors, presents a comparison of the current state of delegating process in public nursery schools with and without detached departments. This thesis is beneficial for nursery school directors as a means of support in their own process of delegating power and responsibility to other senior executives of the school, as well as to founders of schools who decide about autonomy or merging nursery schools.
