Concept of E-learning Platform Implementation by Applying Agile Methods of Project Management

The diploma thesis main objective is to create a process draft of establishment of an elearning platform for a rapidly growing start-up company while using agile project management methods. The introductory, theoretical part presents theoretical background of the researched matters. The analytical part firstly introduces the company and its products and afterwards it provides a thorough analysis of internal employee´s education processes. Following all knowledge acquired in the theoretical and analytical part, the practical part finally outlines the particular draft of educational platform development project.
A Study on the Effectiveness of Corporate Training in an Engineering Company

This thesis deals with the setup process evaluation of the effectiveness of corporate training in an engineering company. A few concrete activities have been chosen which first analyzed, then set and applied to the evaluation system. The aim is to see how efficient the use of corporate resources for training staff, and their evaluation is. The process has set the evaluation of the effectiveness of specific training activity.
Analysis and optimization of the education system in terms of ensuring effective corporate education in a particular organization.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis and optimization of the corporate education system in a specific organization. The theoretical part of the work defines the basic terms associated with education and development of employees using professional literature, it focuses on the issue of corporate education and its connection with the organization's strategy and, among other things, on the basic processes and methods of system education. Furthermore, using the available internal data and information, it describes the organizational structure and the current state of corporate education aimed at rank-and-file employees and managers of selected parts of the organization. The thesis presents the methodology of qualitative research supplemented with a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire, which was used in the first phase of the research investigation to obtain a wide and diverse portfolio of data from the largest possible number of participating respondents. This phase has the status of preliminary research, as it forms the basis for the implementation and concretization of research interviews. Value orientation and Moral Responsibility in Corporate Education of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic

Currently, Corporate education does not only have to be used to transfer know-how, but also to develop the required values and moral principles that help employees to better navigate and succeed in the organizational culture. For the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic, this coexistence with the internal culture and values of the organisation is essential because it is required of employees and officers not only internally but also by legislative regulations. It is fundamentally linked to the purpose of the service: to protect the lives and health of people, the environment, animals and property from fires and other emergencies and crises. This research paper provides insight into the internal education of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and the value setting of the firefighter organizational culture. It aims to map how the value orientation and moral responsibility of officers and employees develop or change and whether these changes are related to the internal education received. The diploma thesis deals with the area of learning and development of a selected group of employees in a specific organization. The aim of the thesis is to describe, analyse, and evaluate the current state of learning and development of a selected group of employees in a specific organization and to propose possible recommendations for improvement. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part of the thesis, relevant concepts from the field of andragogy, educational management and human resources management are defined in relation to the researched issue. Educational needs of state employees implementing the consumer protection agenda

This diploma thesis has the goal of identifying the educational needs of civil servants carrying out administration of consumer protection for Czech Telecommunication Office and to propose suitable educational activities for this group of employees on the basis of an executed analysis of educational needs, in the interests of improving the effectiveness of administration. For the purpose of complex understanding of the issue of educating civil servants, the first part of this diploma thesis discusses the general characteristics of corporate education. It also explains the concept of competence and describes the possibility of utilising competency modelling in personnel processes. The chapter devoted to the education of civil servants in the context of current legal regulations, is an integral element of the theoretical part of this diploma thesis. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of education with emphasis on the coaching of employees in the consulting company. Its purpose is to map this system. To accomplish the goal, SWOT analysis is used to evaluate its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. thesis is divided into 3 parts, namely the theoretical, methodical and practical. A comparison of possibilities of using methods of internal corporate education - coaching and mentoring

This thesis examines the application of two educational methods - coaching and mentoring - in an internal corporate education system. Attention is first drawn to the concept of corporate education, while terms such as education effectiveness and procedures of actual implementation are clarified. Thereafter, both examined methods are defined and goals to achieve through these methods are presented. Both methods are then compared, with the emphasis on their similarities and differences. The thesis also examines the specific situations in which it is appropriate to use either coaching or mentoring as part of company staff development. In the empirical part of the thesis, a cross-company survey is presented, researching an own approach to use of examined methods.
