This thesis deals with the topic of project management. At the beginning, the theoretical part describes the concepts related to this topic, such as project, project manager and his role in the project, project life cycle or comparison of waterfall and agile approach. The analytical part then discusses and analyses the internal and external environment of the selected company. Finally, in the practical or design part of this thesis, a project plan for the construction of a new automated production hall and warehouse is proposed.

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou projektového řízení ve firmě a k tomu využívá řadu nástrojů pro zachycení stavu tamní situace. Cílem analýzy je vytvoření teoretického výstupu, který slouží jako potřebný základ pro návrh vylepšení. Navrhována vylepšení jsou zpracována za použití standardních nástrojů projektového řízení a poskytují stručné a úplné shrnutí, které popisuje vylepšení v dostatečné míře, aby je bylo možné implementovat.

Diplomová práce je věnována využití a implementaci příslušných nástrojů projektového řízení v rámci projektu založeného na návrhu a výrobě zobrazovací jednotky pro vnitřní systém inteligentní domácnosti. Práce se skládá ze tří hlavních částí. Teoretická část představuje ucelený popis nástrojů projektového řízení a metod použitých při jejich implementaci. Analytická část je zaměřena na zpracování primárních (rozhovor) a sekundárních dat (interní dokumenty a finanční výkazy) poskytnutých firmou, které usnadňují vyhodnocení současného stavu firmy. Návrhová část má za cíl vypracovat plán projektového řízení na základě zjištění analytické části.

Diplomová práca sa zameriava na implementáciu nástrojov a metód projektového riadenia, ktoré by mohli zvýšiť produktivitu podniku. Práca obsahuje teoretickú časť, ktorá vysvetľuje pojmy, metódy a postupy. Druhá časť popisuje digitálnu agentúru Adbros, s.r.o. a analýzu jej súčasného stavu. Na analytickú časť nadväzuje časť riešenia, ktorá vychádza z použitých analýz a metód a poskytuje návrh riešenia projektového riadenia použiteľného v budúcnosti.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the project of reallocation of production and warehouse premises of AB KOMPONENTY s.r.o. using selected methods and techniques of project management. In the theoretical part, the basic knowledge and methods of project management are described, which are then applied in the analytical chapters, where first an analysis of the current state of the company is carried out and then the project design is constructed, including the management of time, resources, risks and costs in the project. Finally, an economic analysis is performed and the benefits of the project are presented.
