Diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním a rozvojem vybrané skupiny zaměstnanců konkrétní organizace. Cílem diplomové práce je v konkrétní organizaci popsat, analyzovat a zhodnotit současný stav vzdělávání a rozvoje vybrané skupiny zaměstnanců a navrhnout případná doporučení pro zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny relevantní pojmy z oblasti andragogiky, managementu vzdělávání a řízení lidských zdrojů ve vztahu ke zkoumané problematice. Empirická část sestává z metodologie a výzkumu v oblasti vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců. Výzkum je rozdělen do dílčích fází, které popisují, analyzují a vyhodnocují současný stav vzdělávání a rozvoje vybrané skupiny zaměstnanců. Obsahem empirické části je též popis konkrétní organizace a definice vybrané skupiny pracovníků, kterou tvoří všichni zaměstnanci na pracovní pozici IT Konzultanta IS. Výzkumné šetření je realizováno kombinací kvalitativní a kvantitativní strategie. Využita je metoda dotazování za použití techniky polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a dotazníku a metoda studia interních dokumentů organizace. Získaná data jsou analyzována technikou otevřeného kódování a metodou vytváření trsů seskupena do kategorií. Závěr práce zahrnuje souhrnné výsledky výzkumného šetření, které zodpovídají stanovené... The diploma thesis deals with the area of learning and development of a selected group of employees in a specific organization. The aim of the thesis is to describe, analyse, and evaluate the current state of learning and development of a selected group of employees in a specific organization and to propose possible recommendations for improvement. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part of the thesis, relevant concepts from the field of andragogy, educational management and human resources management are defined in relation to the researched issue. The empirical part consists of methodology and research in the field of employee learning and development. The research is divided into partial phases that describe, analyse, and evaluate the current state of learning and development of a selected group of employees. The empirical part also includes a description of the specific organization and the definition of the selected group of employees, which consists of all employees in the position of IT Consultant IS. The research survey is carried out by combining the advantages of qualitative and quantitative strategies.
