Personality development from competence of manager point of wiev

This master’s thesis is devoted to investigation of the issues connected with the competence and personal development of the employees at manager positions. The thesis consists of four parts. In the first part, the questions connected with competence are detailed. The second part deals with selected problematic of staff-testing and the following part describes the possibilities of personal development and further education of employees. The last part is devoted to the practical application of the theoretical knowledge’s in real working environment. The conclusions in the form of recommended changes are also included in this part.
Current trends in the use of digital tools in corporate education

Organizations in the Czech Republic, regardless of whether they are public institutions or private enterprises, are currently considering the need to digitalize their processes when transforming their activities. Especially in the past two years, the events of coping with the impact of the spread of COVID-19 have significantly influenced the needs and actions of social entities in the areas of work organization. This phenomenon has accelerated the use of digital tools in the field of further education building on changes in the manufacturing sector. For example, the concept of Industry 4.0 was promoted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. However, the increasing dynamics of the development and supply of digital tools for training is confronting training specialists in the private sector with the challenge of deciding which of the tools on offer are a real asset or just an ineffective experiment with no positive impact on their businesses. The Evaluation Process of Employees in the Organizational Body of Funded Organizations

The thesis consists of a case study and focuses on the processes of assessment, training and remuneration of employees in the organizational component of a budgetary organization. The introductory part focuses on the opinion of experts on human resources management with emphasis on the areas studied. Special emphasis is placed on the evaluation process, its methods, evaluation criteria, classification, evaluator's personality and the course of evaluator's meeting with the person who is being assessed. We also focused on training and remuneration - processes following the evaluation. Concerning educational issues, we were interested in the opinions of professionals focusing on identifying the needs of training, its planning and results evaluation. Remuneration was viewed as one of the most effective tools to motivate employees in connection with the transfer of assessment to the remuneration. The application part of the thesis introduces in-depth analysis of the current levels of the evaluation process and the processes connected with it - training and remuneration of employees in the selected organization. The final thesis deals with human resources, which is one of the basic management functions. Knowledge of the basic managerial functions is an important prerequisite for high-quality managerial skills of a kindergarten principal. It is important to point out that the kindergarten management is currently much more responsible for running of the kindergarten than in the past. The thesis involves an analysis of the current status of the selected HR activities - recruitment, adaptation of employees and thier assessment, training and development. It aims to describe the personal risks for a kindergarten principal and it proposes changes for improvement. The main method selected for achieving the set objectives is to survey kindergarten managers. Additional technique is an interview. The first part of this thesis focuses on theoretical knowledge in the field of HR at two different levels - basic ine and one that focuses on education. The second, practical part, analyses the process of selected HR activities,describes possible HR risks and summarizes research problem, including proposed changes for improvement.
Acquisition and Development of Students and Graduates in the Concept

The thesis deals with recruitment and development of students and graduates in relation to the talent management concept. It focuses on interpretation of talent concept, development of talent management, its current approach and the importance of talent management to the organization. Attention is paid to methods of recruitment and development of students and graduates, emphasizing the specifics of this group of employees. A qualitative survey is part of this thesis. Two methods of measurement were applied in this research - studying documents (career portals of employers) and conducting interviews with representatives of HR departments of large businesses operating in Prague, focusing on whether and how employers work with students and graduates within their talent management systems, how they understand the concept of talent and which methods of recruitment and development of students and graduates they apply most frequently. My master thesis is going to focus on the analysis and subsequent proposal of changes for an education system, and the development of employees in that organisation. The first part of the thesis will focus on the study of domestic and foreign literature. When carrying out a literature search, basic concepts of education and development of the employees were defined. The second part of my thesis will focus on the analysis and proposal of changes of an education system in the selected company. After I have analyse the information I will list a proposal of changes to its education and development department within the company.

The topic of this diploma thesis is the topic Management of education in non-school organizations. It deals with the internal employee education system at Coca-Cola Hellenic Czech Republic and Slovakia. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the existing system of training of employees in Coca - Cola Czechia and Slovakia and Austria, to compare the education system of selected countries and to propose the modification of this system in order to support the further successful development of the employees in the organization. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces the professional concepts that are necessary to understand the topic. The work deals with the management of education, the formation of strategy in the organization, the personnel strategy, the learning cycle in the organization (by analyzing the educational needs, the planning of education, realization) and its subsequent evaluation.
