Organizace v ČR bez ohledu na to, zda se jedná o veřejné instituce či soukromé podniky, aktuálně zohledňují při transformaci svých činností zejména faktor potřeby digitalizace svých procesů. Především v posledních dvou předchozích letech události vyrovnávání se s dopady šíření onemocnění COVID-19 významně ovlivnily potřeby a jednání společenských celků v oblastech uspořádání a organizace práce. Uvedený fenomén urychlil využívání digitálních nástrojů v oblasti dalšího vzdělávání a navázal tak na změny například ve výrobním sektoru v konceptu Průmysl 4.0 podporované Ministerstvem průmyslu a obchodu. Narůstající dynamika vývoje a nabídky digitálních nástrojů pro oblast vzdělávání však staví specialisty na vzdělávání v soukromém sektoru před rozhodování, které z nabízených nástrojů jsou skutečným přínosem anebo jen neefektivním experimentem bez pozitivních dopadů na jejich podniky. Práce se zabývá problematikou aktuálního vývoje nabídky digitálních nástrojů pro firemní vzdělávání. Cílem je identifikovat a charakterizovat aktuálně nabízené digitální nástroje pro podnikové vzdělávání v ČR. Provést jejich klasifikaci dle způsobu jejich využití v procesu přípravy, realizace, vyhodnocování a řízení dalšího vzdělávání. Důraz je kladen na shrnutí pozitivních i negativních faktorů při jejich využití v... Organizations in the Czech Republic, regardless of whether they are public institutions or private enterprises, are currently considering the need to digitalize their processes when transforming their activities. Especially in the past two years, the events of coping with the impact of the spread of COVID-19 have significantly influenced the needs and actions of social entities in the areas of work organization. This phenomenon has accelerated the use of digital tools in the field of further education building on changes in the manufacturing sector. For example, the concept of Industry 4.0 was promoted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. However, the increasing dynamics of the development and supply of digital tools for training is confronting training specialists in the private sector with the challenge of deciding which of the tools on offer are a real asset or just an ineffective experiment with no positive impact on their businesses. This thesis addresses the issue of the current evolution of the range of digital tools for corporate training.
