This diploma thesis deals with improving communication mix of selected business entity. The first part describes, from a theoretical point of view, marketing, environment analysis, marketing mix, communication mix tools and marketing research. The following section describes the analytical work of the selected entity, the current communication and marketing mix. This section also contains a general and industry analysis of environment, SWOT analysis and marketing research. In the last section I propose a new communication mix to improve the situation in the company and increasing sales.
Naturkulturstadt Brno Židenice – Garden vineyards

The topic of diploma thesis is an ideological processing of a conception which will allow for a gradual transformation of a gardening colony to a place of primary living and improvement of pedestrian passages, because the area is inaccessible nowadays. The goal of this proposal is not a controlled and sudden change of the whole area it is the opposite of that, it leaves space for the autopoetic growth of the area. The proposal introduces new complementary functions in important points of the area, centres, from which not only the area of Židenický kopec will profit, but also other parts of the city of Brno. New functions respect the tradition of cultivation and gardening in the area, which is deeply rooted in this location and brings new forms of production of crops, thanks to which the districts of Židenice and Vinohrady can become more autonomous in the future. The focal point of the diploma project is a proposal of one of the chosen areas derived from urbanistic conception. The project of research centre with food production at the top of the Židenický kopec, which will become an “ecological lighthouse”, a new way of effective cultivation of crops using technology to obtain natural resources and improvement of sustainability of cities. Together with the gardening colony the research centre will allow the inhabitants of Židenice and Vinohrady an access to locally sourced food and will increase the awareness about many aspects of growth and the source of the food.
Concept for Organizational Culture Change in a Company

The aim of the thesis is to propose changes in organizational culture in a selected company. In the first part of my work the most important theoretical concepts are described such as definition of organizational culture, elements of organizational culture or methods of organizational culture analysis. Second part is then focused on the identification of the current organizational culture, using a questionnaire survey and semi-standardized interviews. Based on the results of the research of the given methods, concrete proposals are defined to improve the current situation.
Proposal of Methodology of Monitoring of Employees

My thesis will serve as a monitoring tool for the management of an educational division in company BooK s.r.o.. This monitoring will consist in setting up a new form of monitoring feedback mechanism with help of a made-to-measure web application created by me. The feedback check will reflect the customer’s satisfaction with services provided by this company as well as the evaluation of employees concerned. Creation of this new form of feedback was requested directly by the company management of BooK s.r.o. and the implementation and using itself will bring benefits the company primarily in automatization of the monitoring process and time factor. At the same time this application will serve as a tool for evaluation of satisfaction of the customers whose opinions are crucial for the company’s success and improvement of the standard of the provided services which will result in increasing the company’s competitiveness.
Importance and use of marketing tools

This diploma thesis has several objectives. The first one is to analyse current situation of ABC s.r.o. in relation to marketing tools used by this company. The second objective is to compare mentioned tools with marketing tools used by a smaller enterprise. Other aims of this thesis are analysis of the use of marketing tools and analysis of their impact on consumers (customers) while using method of questionnaire (survey). The work is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. Theoretical part explains essence of marketing, its evolution, basic principles and terms. Some of these methods are practically used in the second part of the work while analysing the situation of the company. The last part of the work includes marketing plan which should support company’s strategy and an evaluation of its impact on the cash flows of the enterprise and their effective use in marketing.
THE ARCHEOLOGICAL MUSEUM - REBUILDING OF ST.HYPPOLITS AREAL IN ZNOJMO

The aim of the diploma thesis was to design new campus at Hradiste St. Hyppolita in Znojmo. At present, a part of this area is owned by the Foundation of St. Hyppolita, which is an organization engaged in archaeological research in this area. Thus, the main idea was to create a new campus, which should be used not only for research, but also for the presentation of the discovered artifacts and, last but not least, as a popular tourist activity. Furthemore, it was required that the new campus completes the existing urban structure of the village and creates new conditions for the its development, which is considered as out of order and economically disadvantageous territory now. The result was overall redevelopment of the part of village. There were placed the objects such the museum, the research institute, the Foundation's headquarters and the commercial accommodation with catering possibility. Urban design responds to the current and the historical context and thanks to the involvement of many significant green elements, there was created a quiet public place too.

Bachelor´s thesis is concerned with research of customer satisfaction of 7points, s.r.o. Company. The theoretical part contains an explanation of basic concepts, fundamental techniques and process of marketing research. The practical part includes an analysis of customer satisfaction of the chosen company. The result of this work is a proposal for increasing current customer satisfaction level on the basis of the analysis.
Jaroslavice – place in the landscape

South Moravia has a good quality soil. Changing climatic conditions and an unhealthy human approach result in drought and soil erosion. Soil, like our nutritionist, is very rare. Therefore, in my work I deal with the proposal of a research institute for soil protection, which I place on the site of a former manor court in Jaroslavice. The Institute consists of three buildings that define a common yard. The location of the complex complies with the direct connection to the adjacent experimental field. Jaroslavice, as a municipality in the warmest and driest area in the Czech Republic, is ideal for research.
Marketing Mix of a Company

The bachelor thesis deals with the marketing mix of retail with homesteader’s supplies in the town of Bzenec. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the issues of marketing, marketing management, marketing mix, microenvironment and marketing research. The analytical part is focused on analysis of the existing marketing mix, analysis of microenvironment and questionnaire investigation. The analytical part is followed by the design part, in which changes to the marketing mix are proposed based on analyses, which should lead to greater customer satisfaction and business prosperity.
